Was very good with communication, and not shy to take care of shipping issues with their customer service dept (even though the mistake was mine). Would recommend this company to anybody.

They're prices are great! They're shipping is prompt! Their customer service is abysmal!!!!!  
 
I bought a scanner from them. I was supposed to come with 3 software programs, but only two were shipped. PCRUSH said, "There's nothing we can do. Talk to the manufacturer." So I did. The manufacturer said, "We give extra parts, including software, to our vendors so they can resolve any problem. Talk to them." I've completed two cycles of contacting people and still no software. No on will do anything. I will! I'll never shop at PCRUSH again and I'll never by a Fujitsu product again. They both simply take your money and run.

I called PcRush to ask about whether the TV/DVD Combo I was buying would work well with my setup. They were polite, patient and knowledgable. The TV arrived in just a few days.

Fantastic prices. It's almost too good to be true. I have been a customer for over 5 years and have no complaints. I get many compliments on the many things I buy here and recommend them to many people.

I could not have had a better shopping experience from any other store on the net than here. Brent from Pc Rush was very communicative throughout the entire transaction process and even followed-up to ensure that everything went well.

When you stop to read the good and bad customer reviews of a merchant it gets you to become very cautious and wary when deciding to shop online. I took a chance on shopping on your website and found it to be a great experience for me.

A pleasure to do business with.Ordered an HP xw4600 Workstation. According to web site, shipping should take 5 to 7 working days, got it and the accessories in 3 days. After a bad experience with another co. it was a pleasure to buy from PCRush.

I was impressed with how quickly I received my order. The shipping tracking feature was easy to use. The Notebook was at my house in days and came with everything promised including some software previously discussed and a free wireless card.

PC RUSH prices were very competitive even for accessories like a Notebook battery which I got at a great deal and best of all...NO EXTRA SALES CALLS! Highly Recommend.

My order came earlier than quoted. The only drawback is that the site did not offer much information on the GPS unit I wanted but if you know what you're looking for, it's a great vendor to purchase from.

Very good service; only exception was that I got the tracking number late, the day before the shipment arrived. However, in the meantime I had phoned them, got a real person right away (important!) who read me the tracking number. Otherwise good product availability for a somewhat scarce item (an uncommon type of DVD-R), prompt shipment, well packaged. I'd order from them again.
