Terrible customer service. The new scanner I received locked up after three weeks of use. I first was referred to Fujitsu by PCrush, who diagnosed the problem as a frozen motor. They gave me an RMA to give to PCrush. Thereafter, PCrush refused to accept the return because I did not have the original box. All cords, disks, and accessories were present but no box.  
 
They don't stand behind their products and I will not shop with them again.

I purchased a small photo printer on a Thursday afternoon. I was emailed on Friday that it had been shipped and should be arriving on Tuesday(Standard delivery charge). The printer arrived on Monday. Only 2 business days after ordering! I did not buy any special shipping rates either! The printer arrived in mint condition, unopened, and exactly what I would expect if I had bought it earlier in the week at Best Buy, only I saved $25 after paying for the printer and shipping charges.

My camera was ordered Tuesday morning and it was delivered by UPS (no special delivery method requested) at mid-day Friday. The cost was $50 below local retailers and the unit was complete in every regard. I couldn't have asked for better service if I'd been standing at a retail counter. I'll shop with PC RUSH again.

What a pleasure it was to deal with this company after trying another lowball merchant! I bought a printer. No attempt to upsell, no gouging on shipping, fast turnaround. Product came brand new with USA warranty and all accessories. Price was not the lowest, but was certainly in the bottom 5%.

A good product and well worth the price. Jeff at pcrush was extremely helpful in answering all of the many questions that I had.

I purchased a “refurbished” Fujitsu Snapscan S510 from pcPUSH on 03/09/2009. It was shipped with Adobe 7 Standard, which is a three generation version of Adobe software. The manual clearly outlines the install process for version 8 which would have been expectable. (Note: This was not stated at the time of purchase on there web site. However they have changed that as of this writing.) I attempted to contact customer service, but they never responded. Adobe standard version 9 is the current standard at a cost of $266.00. That would have exceeded the price of a brand new scanner from any of the other vendors. I sent it back and took a $60 hit for restocking and shipping charge plus another $10 shipping cost to send it back. IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM pcRUSH, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK! !  

I have enjoyed doing business with PcRush and would recommend them to anyone. I shopped with a lot of other electronic places before choosing them. They have good prices, their warranties on the products and their accessories are well priced.

AS GOOD AS IT GET'S. SOMEONE CALLED ME BEFORE SHIPPING BECAUSE THE MAILING ADDRESS WAS DIFFERENT FROM THE BILLING ADDRESS AND THEY WANTED TO BE SURE IT WAS CORRECT. I DID APPRECIATE THE CALL. I WILL SHOP THERE AGAIN AS SOON AS I NEED SOMETHING ELSE.

I Ordered late Sunday evening, order processed late on Monday, I received goods on Wednesday: Quicker than I have seen in a while, I cannot fault PC RUSH. Their prices are also extremely competitive.

Prices on the things I'm usually in the market to buy are not normally in my price range or competitive enough for my taste at most places.. but this Garmin GPS unit I bought here at Pcrush could not have been more affordable anywhere. Great phone service too!

I ordered a Sony Blu-ray Disc Player on 18 Apr and received my order with free shipping 9 days later in excellent condition. The only problem I encountered was that for some reason I never received an e-mail comfirmation of my order. I called customer service and they ensured I received the confirmation promptly. While I did receive my order in good condition, I felt that they were a little slow in shipping compared to some other internet electronics stores.

PC Rush was offering free shipping, so I didn't have to pay for any shipping costs. I'm very pleased with that and the outcome of my order.

Very happy purchasing from pcrush. I had to buy a replacement printer for my company and they were able to source a discounted model at a very good price.

I bought a Yamaha Sound bar from PCRush and it was the smoothest transaction I have ever made on-line. I was having problems buying the wall mount for the unit. After spending endless hours on the web and the phone I contacted Yamaha that apologetically told me the wall mount was discontinued. I decided to call PCRush for help. I didn't expect any help but I had nothing to lose.  
 
I was surprised when PCRush’s customer service actually went on-line and tried to contact some companies in an effort to find the wall mount for me. This is a company that goes above and beyond what is expected from customer service. The PCRush representative named Billy has renewed my confidence and faith in customer service departments.  
 
It is refreshing to see a company that stands by the products they sell even when the manufactures don’t. I want to congratulate PCRush on an excellent company and thank Billy for going the extra mile.

PcRush is terrific, I got great customer service and a great Camera. I have never had a problem with any of my orders and have always been treated with courtesy and respect.
