Update: Since I have posted a bad review they have contacted me and actually provided customer service! They refunded me my shipping and give me the $15 rebate credit that I would have got if I actually got a box. So All in all I am out a box, a few days, and a Q adapted for my motherboard, it makes things a bit nicer but once it is installed you dont need it. And in return I get free shipping and the rebate faster. They said there supplier gave them wrong info, yet I still don't see they have updated there web page to show the motherboard dosent come with a box.  
 
All in all they will make you happy but you might get something you didn’t expect

I ordered a TomTom GPS unit after business hours on Thursday, It shipped Friday, I recieved it Saturday morning (overnight shipping). Excellent price and fast shipment. Wow, it was even priced less than other retailer stores and no scam in the service. This retailer is highly recommended for future shopping experiences.

Outstanding experience! I placed my order on a Friday at 3:15 PM. I didn't expect them to ship my order till Monday. At 4:36 PM on the Friday I placed the order I got an email saying that they had shipped my order and here was the UPS tracking number. I believe that packing and shipping an order in 1:21 minutes on a Friday evening is outstanding customer service.

Order acknowledgment was fast. Order fulfilllment was prompt and accurate. All items were delivered as ordered and promised. The prices were better than I could obtain at any stores in my area. I'd definitely shop here again.

I ordered my 3M MPRO110 projector and i already received it. AND the shipping was almost free. everything was easy; ordering, great price without having to fill out a rebate, customer service, and delivery time. i didn't know that buying online could be this efficient. now i have lots of time to play with my projector, highly recommended. thank you PC RUSH.

I purchased a Sony DCR Camcorder and Im extremely pleased. It arrived sooner than I expected, and the price was competetive with other stores online. I received a notification via email both of the sale, and then the tracking number for shipping.

Site navigation was easy, shipping was fast. My order arrived in perfect condition. The only gripe I have is how slow Pcrush was in issuing UPS tracking numbers. I got the tracking one day after it shipped.

Pcrush has exceeded my expectations with an excellent product, great price, faster than expected delivery and up-to-date e-mail messages advising me of all the steps along the way from order to delivery. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Terrible customer service. The new scanner I received locked up after three weeks of use. I first was referred to Fujitsu by PCrush, who diagnosed the problem as a frozen motor. They gave me an RMA to give to PCrush. Thereafter, PCrush refused to accept the return because I did not have the original box. All cords, disks, and accessories were present but no box.  
 
They don't stand behind their products and I will not shop with them again.

I purchased a small photo printer on a Thursday afternoon. I was emailed on Friday that it had been shipped and should be arriving on Tuesday(Standard delivery charge). The printer arrived on Monday. Only 2 business days after ordering! I did not buy any special shipping rates either! The printer arrived in mint condition, unopened, and exactly what I would expect if I had bought it earlier in the week at Best Buy, only I saved $25 after paying for the printer and shipping charges.

My camera was ordered Tuesday morning and it was delivered by UPS (no special delivery method requested) at mid-day Friday. The cost was $50 below local retailers and the unit was complete in every regard. I couldn't have asked for better service if I'd been standing at a retail counter. I'll shop with PC RUSH again.
