All the negative reviews about PCRUSH are true. Didn't realize they were a bad company until I did some research and found tons of information about them about scamming customers and ebay customers. I am very upset about losing $900.00 to these people over a TV that was obviously shipped to me already broken. Will not return my calls and everytime I get someone they tell me that I need to speak to a manager. A manager that never gets back to me. Its been over 1 week now and still nothing.

bad reseller here. do not be fooled by these crooks. they are the worst in the business. read all there negative reviews! I was sold a produt that was not new as told on there website and no refund was given.

worst online dealer you will buy from. take it from me and stay away from these guys they are not a legitimate company. you will get scammed in some form or another!

DO NOT BUY FROM PCRUSH. They do Ebay Scams and cheat customers. Look up on search engines with "PCRUSH FRAUD" and you will see these guys are crooks that make the internet a bad place to buy. I was cheated on my product from these guys in believeing product was new when it was clearly used.

bad resller here. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I have read review after review about these guys being a sham of a company. I plaed an order for a HP Scanner to only to recieve one that was used and cracked on the bottom. Not a good place! Having major problems with them to get me refunded on my money.

i hate pcrush for cheating me. sold me a used product when i needed a new one.

Do not buy from PCRUSH. They are a SCAM website. They sale refurbised GPS units as new when they are clearly not NEW!

PCRUSH you guys are crooks! You guys cheat and lie to customer's every day. The products you sale are not NEW! I bought a GPS unit from you and after using it for 3 months on my trip across country the unit failed on me. Spoke to Garmin and was told that you guys are being investigated for fraud and that the product is refurbised and comes only with 90 day warranty. I will write as many bad reviews as I can till I recieve a REFUND!

I ordered a Garmin GPS for a gift. It arrived fast but with it's inner packaging opened. I called to see if it was new and not "remanufactured" they assured me it was new. I wish I had seen these reviews first. When my husband tried to return it, it was not what he wanted, we were met with nothing but RED TAPE. We began the return process on 1-14-2008 and still have not received our money back as of 2-21-2008. We returned everything as asked, dotted every "I" crossed every "T". This was NOT an easy process. We are still waiting. For a purchase of $140.15 we were told to only expect $109.10 back. At this point I expect nothing back. We made our purchase using a credit card. Why are we still waiting? Although we have called and emailed them, they have yet to give us an answer other than, "you should hear from someone within the next hour via email"...that was two days ago! Now we do not have the product or our money. I will not order from them again and I urge you to find somewhere else to make your purchase. You may make out all right or you may lose all you invest, you decide.

very dishonest reseller. PCRUSH is a company run by crooks. PCRUSH commits fraud and lies to customers everyday about there products being new. I purchased a Garmin GPS from PCRUSH only to find out it was used after spending $600.00 with PCRUSH. They are shameless and I would stay as far away as possible from there deceptive practices. Spoke to a guy named Zack who was very friendly but totally lied to me about the product being new when reality it was used. PCRUSH IS FRAUD Company and I knew I should have suspected something with all there negative reviews. I guess thats what happenes when you try to save money. Also found out from Garmin that the Whitebox GPS there selling are NOT NEW! They are used and refurbished and only come with 90 day warranty. I wonder how many unsuspecting customers were cheated by PCRUSH

Stay away from PCRUSH.com - Bought a Nuvi 350 from tehse guys and was told by there Sales Rep Zack the product was new. After using the product for about 2 weeks I started having problems with the unit. Called Garmin and was told the product was not under warranty and that I should replace the unit since there was a bad circuit board. I called PCRUSH right away and they accused me of being a liar and that I was trying to cheat them. I called my credit card company and now I am writing as many reviews as I can about how this company lies to people. Stay away they sell products that dont have warranty! These guys are a shame to the internet online community. I still dont have a GPS unit and I am out $350.00. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews! These guys are notorious of this type of stuff!

company is ridden of scumbags. they sell used and refurbished items as new. they try to cover up there bad reviews by posting bogus good ones. check around they are not reputable and still mind boggles me how these scums are still in business!

BEWARE! BEWARE! I ordered a printer in early June. PC-Rush (now known to me as P-Crush) at first could not find the printer, then determined that it was lost by Fed Ex in a storm (unreadable boxes due to storm damage); wanted to file a "Lost Package Claim" with Fed Ex, with me to pay for a SECOND printer on my credit card while refusing to credit the first printer until Fed Ex completed their damage claim search; with no guarantee as to when the process would be complete.  
 
It took a credit card protest to stop payment to these people to take my business to Dell directly.

Placed an order for 8 large LCD TVs. Had them check the stock and verify that the products were in stock before sending to our Purchasing department. Purchasing later did the exact same thing before placing the order. Both of us were told that all of the items were in stock and could ship out immediately. The order was placed and we were told the items were not in stock after calling and checking on it two days later when it had been processed. This is completely unacceptable. Fortunately, one of our regular vendors pulled through and saved us. The displays were purchased for a large national event. We will never consider purchasing from pcRUSH again.
