Very nice, selling items which they don't have instock. Very nice... They will not get business from me again.

I ordered a GPS unit from PC Rush. The item was listed as "Available In Stock". After ordering the product online, I called to verify availability and was assured the item was in stock. The next day I received an email stating the item was not in stock and no longer available from the manufacturer. When I checked on the PCRush website, the item is still listed as "Available In Stock".  
I consider the practice of adveritising a great price on an item you don't stock false advertising. PCRush.com has lost this customer forever.  
 
Additionally, I discovered that PCRush preauthorized the charge on my debit card before verifying that the item was in stock. The preautorization froze funds in my acoount for FOUR DAYS!  
 
What a worthless online company!!

Terrible customer service. The new scanner I received locked up after three weeks of use. I first was referred to Fujitsu by PCrush, who diagnosed the problem as a frozen motor. They gave me an RMA to give to PCrush. Thereafter, PCrush refused to accept the return because I did not have the original box. All cords, disks, and accessories were present but no box.  
 
They don't stand behind their products and I will not shop with them again.

I purchased a “refurbished” Fujitsu Snapscan S510 from pcPUSH on 03/09/2009. It was shipped with Adobe 7 Standard, which is a three generation version of Adobe software. The manual clearly outlines the install process for version 8 which would have been expectable. (Note: This was not stated at the time of purchase on there web site. However they have changed that as of this writing.) I attempted to contact customer service, but they never responded. Adobe standard version 9 is the current standard at a cost of $266.00. That would have exceeded the price of a brand new scanner from any of the other vendors. I sent it back and took a $60 hit for restocking and shipping charge plus another $10 shipping cost to send it back. IF YOU PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM pcRUSH, YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK! !  

They're prices are great! They're shipping is prompt! Their customer service is abysmal!!!!!  
 
I bought a scanner from them. I was supposed to come with 3 software programs, but only two were shipped. PCRUSH said, "There's nothing we can do. Talk to the manufacturer." So I did. The manufacturer said, "We give extra parts, including software, to our vendors so they can resolve any problem. Talk to them." I've completed two cycles of contacting people and still no software. No on will do anything. I will! I'll never shop at PCRUSH again and I'll never by a Fujitsu product again. They both simply take your money and run.

Ordered a Macbook Pro from them. Charged my card for an out of stock item!! Website shows in stock, classic low prices for out of stock website. I'm surprised they aren't based in NYC.

After searching various places for a good price, I bought a camera off their website. FIVE business days later, I receive an email stating it is no longer available. Why did it take 5 days for them to inform me the product is no longer available? Right after I read the email, I checked the website again and it still says it is 'IN STOCK'. pcRUSH is unreliable, inaccurate, and apparently you'll have to wait a week for them to inform you that they don't have what you thought was already arriving to your house.

Do not buy from this company. Took weeks for my product to arrive and when it did arrived inside the box damaged.

All the negative reviews about PCRUSH are true. Didn't realize they were a bad company until I did some research and found tons of information about them about scamming customers and ebay customers. I am very upset about losing $900.00 to these people over a TV that was obviously shipped to me already broken. Will not return my calls and everytime I get someone they tell me that I need to speak to a manager. A manager that never gets back to me. Its been over 1 week now and still nothing.

pcrush is bogus company who will do anything to lie to there customers about there products being new. bewarned about this company I am having a nightmare issue of getting a refund from 1 month ago. save yourself from the nightmare and pass on this dealer.

bad reseller here. do not be fooled by these crooks. they are the worst in the business. read all there negative reviews! I was sold a produt that was not new as told on there website and no refund was given.

worst online dealer you will buy from. take it from me and stay away from these guys they are not a legitimate company. you will get scammed in some form or another!

DO NOT BUY FROM PCRUSH. They do Ebay Scams and cheat customers. Look up on search engines with "PCRUSH FRAUD" and you will see these guys are crooks that make the internet a bad place to buy. I was cheated on my product from these guys in believeing product was new when it was clearly used.

would not recommmend even to my worst enemies to this place. there scam artists who will sell you something refurbished as a brand new product.

bad resller here. I would not recommend this site to anyone. I have read review after review about these guys being a sham of a company. I plaed an order for a HP Scanner to only to recieve one that was used and cracked on the bottom. Not a good place! Having major problems with them to get me refunded on my money.
