Quick, easy, sensible pricing and system for following up purchase (shipping status etc) very good. Highly recommended, will love to buy again.

Apart from some hassle at the online checkout, which to be honest was more my fault. The process was swift and efficient, delivery good. My dealings with PC Rush was limited due to a simplistic yet efficient purchase.

I ordered a GPS unit from PC Rush. The item was listed as "Available In Stock". After ordering the product online, I called to verify availability and was assured the item was in stock. The next day I received an email stating the item was not in stock and no longer available from the manufacturer. When I checked on the PCRush website, the item is still listed as "Available In Stock".  
I consider the practice of adveritising a great price on an item you don't stock false advertising. PCRush.com has lost this customer forever.  
 
Additionally, I discovered that PCRush preauthorized the charge on my debit card before verifying that the item was in stock. The preautorization froze funds in my acoount for FOUR DAYS!  
 
What a worthless online company!!

WOW! Ordered late on Thursday and delivered Monday morning! Took me completely by surprise, didn't really expect it until the following week. Excellent communication all the way through, so I knew exactly at what stage my order was at. Absolutely faultless. This is what internet shopping should be like, and other retailers should take notice. Very pleased with my purchase as I had done quite a bit of research to get what I needed, and PcRush had the one I wanted at over $115 less than other places. Never bought from them before, but next time it will be my first call. Highly recommended. Thank you

Ordered a Blue Ray DVD Player and a Sony LCD TV. DVD Player arrived 3 days later and TV 2 days after that, all in perfect condition. Very good communications and fast delivery. Would recommend to anybody else. Thanks and will visit again

Easy ordering and payment through my PayPal plugin. Delivery attempted by UPS on 3rd day but did not leave a card. However delivered OK of 4th day no problems. No other problems, very smooth purchase.

Order tracking (on the pcrush website) did not work. But as the delivery was next day it did not matter. The item was as I ordered. The price was excellent.

Everything was simple when ordering through PcRush. Staff taking phone calls were pleasant, helpful and efficient. The delivery service was excellent with them arriving within the given time period.

The GPS Nav was admired so much that a friend asked me to order another one the same, unfortunately pcrush were out of stock but managed to get me another one very quickly.

Ordered Tuesday evening - delivered Thursday morning, saved $200 on regular price.

All went very smoothly. Delivery was fast and efficient, I was surprised to find them still making deliveries at 7.00 p.m.

Item I selected was not available direct from PC RUSH, however they said they could get it in a timely manner and although it was ordered on a Sunday night the order was shipped on Tuesday and arrived on Wednesday. I was expecting shipping not to occur for at least another week.
