I ordered from them mid-afternoon on the 6th - it shipped that same evening (within 3 hours!!) and I recieved it the next day (UPS ground - obviously I live nearby)). I've never seen anything like it before. Incredible!

I ordered a DVD DL Burner and was shipped via Fed-Ex. Well Fed-Ex never delivered the item. I contacted the merchant and explained the situation, they resent my item within 24hrs via USPS and even dealt with the claim with Fed-Ex. I highly recommend this merchant and will be purchasing from them again.

Ordered a video card and keyboard from this company due to their great prices, cheap shipping, and seller reviews. The order shipped the same day as it was placed and arrived just over 48 hours later using ground shipping (cheapest option). Cannot comment on customer service as I didn't not have to use it, which is even better in my book. Will definitely buy from this store again.  
 
Edit: Another plus is the incredible packaging job. The box could have been kicked or drug all the way to my house and the items would still have been in perfect shape.

I ordered a Seasonic M12-700 from them since it was the cheapest price even with the sales tax in California. The price wasn't the best part though, I placed my order at 3:14pm PST on 11-29 and it shipped at 6:03pm the same day. I've never experienced a >3 hour turn around before, especially considering that I order so late in the afternoon. It arrived the next day since they are based less than 50 miles from me, but the turn around between placing my order and having it shipped is what really impressed me.

Ordered an 8 gig IPOD and it shipped in less than 24 hours. Product was exactly as advertised and well packed. Communication from Lagoom at every step of the process. A rare ge among resellers.

I ordered an Gigabyte NVidia 8800gts from Lagoom on Thursday November 8, with the website reporting it had it in stock. First I received an email reporting there was a problem with my billing. Somewhat skeptical of the website to begin with, I called them to find out what was wrong as they had already charged my card. They wanted to let me know they were concerned because my billing and shipping addresses were to different states. Commendable, I thought as they told me it would ship out that night. Later I got a call telling me they were out of stock. They asked if I could wait until monday when they got a new shipment in, which I did. Today, I got a call telling me they got the part in and would upgrade me from UPS Ground to 3 Day Gaurunteed for free! Overall great communication with quick phone answers, timely call backs, and a great price on a video card that has recently both gone up in price and low on quantity. This site did truly surprise me, as I order normally from Newegg and don't expect comparable service from others, but they delivered! I would recommend, but maybe not if you are on a tight time schedule, or perhaps call to check on availability before hand as they will promptly answer!

I have made two excellent purchases from Lagoom and will come back again. Prompt shipment and excellent communication. The site is easy to navigate.

Price was good and made a purchase without any complication. The processor I purchased came with a free t-shirt. Unfortunately they ran out of t-shirts but did email to inform me they could substitute with a free hat. Taking the time to keep me informed and take the effort to replace the promo item they ran out of gave me a good impression. I would certainly use them again.

I was very satisfied with the ease of use of the site and had the lowest price and also had free shipping and no tax for the overall lowest prce i could find. They also shipped the item out very fast.
