Contents arrived in a box that was probably bigger than needed, but it was sufficiently protected and there was no way possible of courier losing the package. Very satisfied.
Best packing job I have ever seen. I ordered a MicroSD card and adapter/reader, and it arrived packed better than if they had been shipping thin glass plates thousands of miles via a pogo-stick riding monkey. The items arrived ahead of schedule, and in perfect condition. I have no reservations about telling friends to order from Lagoom and will be back to order from them myself.

Great prices. Good service. My quick story. I ordered Monday morning then product went out of stock. I was promised it would be back instock by Wednesday. They kept their promise. It shipped out to me on Wednesday and I received it today.

Very pleased, so far. Ordering was a breeze, the price beat everyone else, my order was actually ready for shipping within two hours, even though it was placed at 3 in the afternoon. My package even arrived 1 day earlier than predicted. NICE!
I've bought a EOC-3610S EXT unit which was defected
they just returned it.I did pay for restocking fees
and shipping.The customer service was great and fast.I'll buy another new unit again from them.
Excellent processing and delivery. After reading how long it could take I was shocked that I ordered it thru the FedEx Saver and it was deliver to the East Coast from California in 2 Days. I will definitely look at Lagoom again when ordering online.
