247110 I ordered a Garmin GPS Unit on a Sunday. Had to call them on Tuesday to check up on the status of the order b/c their website still had it listed as "Security Check" which means "Your order is queued in our system and is waiting to be processed by our Order Management Team"... basically no one had gotten to my order after two business days. After calling, the status of the order moved to "Goods Allocated" which means "Some or all of your items have now been sourced from one or more of our available dispatch points. If all items have been allocated then a Confirmed Ship Date should follow shortly."... sounds good right? So then the status changes to "Payment Taken" which is obvious what this means, my credit card was charged. I now go into the site and the status is "Cancelled", and I get an email stating:  
 
"Unfortunately the above product(s) is/are currently out of stock. Your card has been refunded and the item(s) removed from your order.  
Regards  
Ebuyer"  
 
Well... thanks for the regards Ebuyer... It's funny how when I ordered the product 33 of them were in stock.

Ordered protable dvd player on Monday, received item on Wednesday with standard shipping. Item arrived in good working condition. Very satisifed with response. Packaging was marginal. Item was inside another box but only had small amount of paper for padding. Only problem I see with this company is that if you have a problem with the item you are on your own. You will not get any help from them. If they would provide some customer support in this area they would be great company to order from. I would be hesitant to order a high dollar item from them because of this.

I ordered an HP L2335 monitor from ebuyer.com on Monday, November 15, 2004 for $1494.25. I paid $53.84 for overnight shipping. The product arrived on Wednesday, November 17, 2004. I opened the monitor box and proceeded to hook it up to my computer.  
 
Once I turned on the monitor, I immediately knew it was defective. Evidence of this begin as a series of horizontal defective pixels (about 10 percent of the screen) effectively making the $1494.25 monitor useless. Also, several smudges appear on the bottom center screen, and looking at these from a vertical position reveals a series of outward ripples on the display.

I contacted Ebuyer support at the long distance number of 480-222-1600 that is listed on the screen. I explained the situation and was told that nothing could be done. I pleaded that the problem of receiving a damaged monitor should not be upon me, the consumer, and was told by the representative that "It's not our problem either." I talked to a supervisor and was told that I must contact HP because Ebuyer does not accept returns of LCD monitors.  
 
I am now required to proceed with the burden of all the leg work of replacing my defective upon arrival $1494.25 monitor, completely on my own. Ebuyer is offering absolutely no solution on their end and basically running away with $1548.09 price tag I paid, including the overnight shipping charge.  
 
After contacting HP support, they offered to replace the monitor within 2-3 business days; however it would be in Refurbished condition. I explained that I purchased this monitor brand new, paid a full price, and that it was damaged out of the box. They will now send me a new monitor, but this process will take 5 to 7 business days.  
 
Bottom line: I paid $1548.09 to order a BRAND NEW monitor in working condition and receive it by next day shipping from a retailer. This has not and will not be the case, and as a customer I am offered absolutely no consolation by the retailer. The problem is mine.  
 
Obviously, as Ebuyer.com sees it, the only thing important about the customer is the customer's money.

Quick shipping. Price is fair with the quality of the case I got, but the price is the cheapest I can find over the network. Would do business again.

I bought 2 Samsung 172X LCD monitors and the Logitech MX1000 wireless mouse. I ordered them on Saturday and they were at my door on Wednesday (with free shipping). Everything was in perfect condition and these were the best prices on the internet for both items. So my experience with Ebuyer has been very good. My order did come with a note stating that if there were any problems with my merchandise, that I should first try contacting the manufacturer before contacting Ebuyer. Since all items are brand new and under warranty, I see no real problem with this. But luckily, my order arrived in perfect shape.

bloody awful:  
 
- removed items from order without consulting me  
 
- shipped DVD player with no protective packaging, casing ruined on delivery and item DOA, problems with RMA, no replies to communications about same RMA  
 
- still waiting for more than half of ordered items to arrive  
 
- no phone number  
- no email addresses  
 
Awful, will not be using them again.

Needed a cheap case to build a new pc for a friend of mine - eBuyer was the cheapest. In the beggining they didn't wanted to ship to different than billing address (my work), but in the end after calling their customer service (very rude) they agreed. Slow shipment from warehouse, poor tracking capabilities. Case is fair for the price

Terrible return rules!! I bought a Sony product from E-Buyer, but when I discovered It would not work with the Sony machine I had, I asked them for a return authorization. THEY TOLD ME I HAD TO RETURN IT TO SONY !!?? After several phone calls (they never offered an "800" number), All I could get out of them is that "while they are a Sony re-seller, returns of Sony products would have to go back to Sony"!! The number they gave me for Sony was no good!! NEVER BUY FROM THEM!!

I did much shopping around and review reading before deciding to buy from Ebuyer. I ordered a set of Logitech speakers on Aug. 25th that were to be shipped by truck. The website stated that because of this, the expected delivery date would be Sept. 7th. They were delivered to my house on Aug. 30th!. I received a tracking number within a few hours of the order, and it was a very smooth transaction. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

After I gave all the requested information regarding my order, they kept asking for the same and new info days after I clicked the send order button and spoke with them over the phone. finaly they just discard my order without any explanations. I still don't know why my order hasn't been processed, and we are talking about a $ 2.500 laptop. I guess they just don't need my money

I ordered a camcorder for $ 2038.29, and today the package was delivered, and it was EMPTY. NO CAMCORDER, NO ACCESSARIES, NO RECEIPT!!!!!! Just manual was in the box.  
So I called the customer service of ebuyer.com, they said it seemed to be the problem of UPS, not of them. Moreover, the customer service just repeated their general processing, didn’t concern my situation. She NEVER assisted me and said that they are not responsible for me after I signed and got the box.  
I paid $ 2039.29 and got an EMPTY box. What the worst case!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  
 
NEVER use that cheater-like company. There is NO SERVICE for the customer.

After 2 weeks, they still don't response my request aobut the refund. I don't want to talk with ebuyer.com any more. I just hope my credit card company would figure it out.

I bought an Antec Super Lanboy ATX Mid-Tower Case from them over the weekend. The order was processed quickly and my case was delivered in two days! Not to mention that they had the cheapest price around! Great Deal!
