Horrible customer service.  
 
On 5/14/05, i ordered 2 Lexar 2GB compact flash cards. Their website had 10 in stock. Confirmation of order received immediately but no tracking number for 4 days. I call, they say it shipped direct from their warehouse but wasn't/won't be scanned till it reaches my town. On 5/23 i call again- no pkg, no tracking number. They say their warehouse was out of stock but didn't notify them. They say they will o/n the units to them in AZ and then o/n them to me (distribution restrictions since i live in CA where Lexar's HQ is). I was going to cancel & go with another vendor since i need the cards for the 3day Memorial Day holiday. They say they can o/n deliver once they receive the cards. Well, the bozos ended up sending them UPS ground so i won't see the cards for another 6 days - making it a total of 3weeks since they charged my card.  
 
Its partly my fault from not canceling the order after the initial delay and letting them try to 'fix' their problem. Never again, let my experience help you avoid grief. I will never order from them again.

Best price, low shipping cost, and no sales tax for CA. Will order from them again. However the web site was very slow and some pages didn't open at all. Ordered on thursday,got the XM-radio on monday. Recieved email confirming item shipped, two days after I got it.

i bought a myfi from ebuyer because they had the best price on froogle and i am completly satisfied the only problem i had was with shipping i orginally picked ups ground but changed it 15 minutes later to overnight and they told me that it didnt get in on time so it went ground but they refunded me all my shipping

I knew I needed a UPS because my colleged dorms here in southern Californiaa had two brown outs already this year. After dropping in high end graphics card and a gigabye of memory in my box, I wante to protect my investment from future surges and damage to my computer. After searching the internet, I found ebuyer.com to have some of the best prices and review ratings on the internet. I find their company to be a legitamate, who's honest about their business. However I was slightly dissatisfid, with their shipping policies. They delivered within 5-7 business days as promised, but all my purchases from different vendors were usually in my mailbox after 3-4 business days of the order, all for the same shipping costs as ebuyer.com. And also considering the fact that they had a warehouse California, I could have physically had my purchase sooner. But I guess their network has them ship to Arizona first, before shipping back to me here in California. Overall, they are a good company though.

On Monday, April 18, I ordered A couple of camera items and paid for ground shipping. The next morning I recieved the items. I then checked and saw that the charge had not even hit my account yet! Can't say enough good about my dealings with ebuyer.

Holy smokes, that was some fast shipping. I ordered on April 18th and I got the item delivered on the 21st. I paid for UPS ground and expected delivery date was 28th. Good job.

This store is great. Their prices are right, there was no shipping, and their web site is well designed. If you'll note that those who have negative things to say only say them because they didn't abide by the company's VERY REASONABLE policies (i.e., 30 day return policy, etc.)  
I highly recommend them.

I'd purchased from them seral times with good results. All of the products were of a good quality, their prices from moderate to low and relatively fast shipping. I will buy again from them and will update my review.

After giving up on another merchant, waiting for them to get a SanDisk Cruzer Mini 1.0GB USB Flash Drive in stock, I gave up (after they increased the price too), I went and looked again on various price engines, found ebuyer on PriceGrabber, had decent rating and very competitive price and lowest shipping cost (overall was the cheapest).  
 
I was impressed by their clean, crisp and very organized website, I placed my order in the morning, about 10 am and within 5 - 10 minutes, my order was already processed, and within 4 hours it had been shipped. I was shocked how fast that happened.  
 
ebuyer told me to expect the drive on Thursday, April 14, which was fine with me, no rush. They provide an exact copy of order tracking on USPS's website on their own site. It had always said there was no information or finally they had been notified by the shipper but not yet received it, this is a problem with USPS, not ebuyer though.  
 
Imagine my surprise when I check the shipping status today (Thursday, April 7), only to be disappointed, and then go out to my mailbox and found the USB drive right in it! A week earlier than ebuyer said!  
 
ebuyer has competitive pricing, fast order processing, fast shipping, good e-mail communication (as far as sending you a receipt and notification of shipping). I'm impressed overall and will definitely do business with them again.

Bought Acer TravelMate 4502LMi laptop online. Very reasonable price, reasonable shipping time and good packing. They called to confirm order but they were very nice and there were no problems. Product was in perfect condition.

I bought a Samsung SyncMaster 910T. It arrived within 2 days of placing the order with my choice of free ground shipping, so response was excellent.  
 
Ebuyer's price was the best, shipping was free, and they did not charge me state taxes (8.5% in this county is significant). However, their return policy for LCDs sucks (NO returns, you must speak to the manufacturer). If the monitor was DOA, they might deal with it, but my problem is that I thought this would be a great monitor but it is only mediocre and I'm not happy with my purchase--not Ebuyer's fault, but I'm stuck.  
 
My recommendation is to make darn sure you want the item that you order from Ebuyer, because, even if they allow a return, they want a 20% restocking fee. This is pretty common among web vendors, but it is still a lousy return policy.

LOL..fast shipping good price ..BUT..i ordered one router and recieved 10!!Now I'm a honest guy and called them up asap to get it straightened out.Wonder if they would give me some sort of a gift card or something..After all it was about 900 dollars worth of routers..just hoping..

I ordered a card reader off their WEB site. The one on the web was incorrectly described by their own admission. I was able to contact them by E,note and was eventually given an RMA returns number. I returned the product on the 26th January and have had nothing by the way of a refund. They are now asking me for proof of return etc. This I do not have. It is impossible to speak to anyone within this company and I would not consider buying from them again.

I needed to purchase an HP Procurve 2524 switch so I searched pricewatch and froogle for best prices. Once I found the etailers with the most competitive prices, I checked each website and queried ResllerRatings. I called to very the switches were in stock and that they were brand new not refurbs. Associate answered my questions to my satisfaction and I ordered online.  
 
I received the switches a few days later exactly as described. Good experience all around.
