They shipped me an EMPTY SHIPPING BOX. When I contacted them, they refused to ship me my MP3 player or to refund me! Unbelievable. I tried reversing the charges with my credit card company, but eBuyer (via Paypal) charged my card again!  
 
I'm now stuck paying $319 (for an empty box!) because I can't dispute the same charge twice with my credit card company.  
 
What a scam. Stay away from ebuyer!

Ordered Gotcha Force Gamecube and received these two jumpstart 2nd grade english for kids. They screwed up my order and now they want me to correct their mistake for them. Ebuyer wants me to send the software back to them and insist that I enjoy going through the hassle. I do not drive and I have to ship this back UPS. UPS is one mile away and who the hell would want to walk a mile with this box. Do not shop at their site. Terrible customer service and poor item order accuracy. I will never shop at this site again and I will warn all my friends about this site. How do you screw up an order when there's no similarities between gamecube game and 2nd grade jumpstart english software?  
 
Only order from this site if you like receiving mail and going through the hassle of returning the items back to them. Call them, retrieve RMA number, wait, go UPS, send package, pat yourself on back, and thank ebuyer for the trouble.  
 
This is what I found out:  
Here's the deal I figured out after calling them. Apparently, what happened is that some items got crossed in their database with the same item number. The phone agent didn't explain it well but that's the gist of it.  
 
My interpretation was that at some point they had Gotcha Force but sold out some time ago, then more recently another item got put in (the Jump Start software) with the same item number. But the info for the old item wasn't completely cleared out, so that's the mix up.  
 
That explanation doesn't make a lot of sense to me. I don't see why an item number would ever need to be used for two different things -- each item should always be unique.

Ordered a hard-to-find set of Maxell speakers designed for a specific configuration. eBuyer had them in stock and shipped out surprisingly quickly. Ordered 10/1, arrived 10/6, all for a great price.

After looking at the decent rating of 7.2X at reseller ratings I decided to buy a set of p7800 speakers from ebuyer. This is because newegg's rebate date expired.  
 
I was skeptical at first but, was reassured after it shipped the day after I ordered. It was on ground shipping from texas to washington via ups.  
 
I ordered on Late Weds it shipped on Thurs and I recieved it on Weds next week. This wasn't especially fast but, it was faster than promised so it was great overall.  
 
When I recieved the package it was alittle beat up but, it was packed decently with air bag bubbles that were arranged subpar but, it worked.  
 
Opened it up looked good eveything worked after I figured out my own little problem with my onboard sound.  
 
Great purchase.

I do A LOT of on-line purchasing and this was my first experience with Ebuyer. I placed my order for the Creative Labs 7.1 Channel computer speakers from them on a Wednesday and received them, in perfect condition, the following Monday. The shipment was not due for another week and a half. They were very quick and consistent with email updates, notifying me of my order's processing status and shipping. Additionally, they had the best price on the net for this item. I would definitely do business with them again!

Horrible customer service.  
 
On 5/14/05, i ordered 2 Lexar 2GB compact flash cards. Their website had 10 in stock. Confirmation of order received immediately but no tracking number for 4 days. I call, they say it shipped direct from their warehouse but wasn't/won't be scanned till it reaches my town. On 5/23 i call again- no pkg, no tracking number. They say their warehouse was out of stock but didn't notify them. They say they will o/n the units to them in AZ and then o/n them to me (distribution restrictions since i live in CA where Lexar's HQ is). I was going to cancel & go with another vendor since i need the cards for the 3day Memorial Day holiday. They say they can o/n deliver once they receive the cards. Well, the bozos ended up sending them UPS ground so i won't see the cards for another 6 days - making it a total of 3weeks since they charged my card.  
 
Its partly my fault from not canceling the order after the initial delay and letting them try to 'fix' their problem. Never again, let my experience help you avoid grief. I will never order from them again.

I ordered a card reader off their WEB site. The one on the web was incorrectly described by their own admission. I was able to contact them by E,note and was eventually given an RMA returns number. I returned the product on the 26th January and have had nothing by the way of a refund. They are now asking me for proof of return etc. This I do not have. It is impossible to speak to anyone within this company and I would not consider buying from them again.

I purchased the Logitech Z-2200 speaker system from Ebuyer. The order was processed nearly instantly, and shipped the next day. A few days later, the package was dropped off at my front door by FedEx. Not only did Ebuyer have one of the lowest prices I found on this item, they were fast and the item arrived undamaged. I highly recommend this retailer.

I purchased 2 computer cases from this seller. They both showed up damaged. I have contacted the seller and they never answered. Don't buy from them unless you don't mind a 20% restocking fee.

Very reliable & great prices! So far I've purchased several different flash memory modules at the best price around as well as a 15" LCD monitor for only $199 w/ free shipping! All were shipped same-day via FedEx.  
 
They send order confirmation instantly & notification when item ships.  
 
So far haven't had to return anything or deal with customer service, knock-on-wood!  
 
I will definitely give them my business again!

My order was shipped on time, but to someone else! Ebuyer gave me the tracking number and I put it in the USPS tracking site. It came up with an address in a different State! So, I asked them to "fix" it. They said they have to turn it over to their "claims" dept. They then sent me a statement to sign declaring I didn't take delivery of the goods. The total order cost only $30!! They can clearly see that the address I gave them is NOT the address to which the good were shipped (according to USPS anyway). So why do I have to go through all this hassle? Here's what they had me sign:  
 
Ebuyer has recently been notified by you that your package with Delivery Confirmation number XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX, associated with order # 47820 that was to be delivered via USPS has not arrived by the expected due date. In order to initiate an investigation with the USPS, Ebuyer requires written confirmation that the package has yet to be delivered. We take missing packages very seriously, and will be in contact with the appropriate officials within the USPS to expedite a resolution for you, our customer.  
 
Please sign and date the bottom of this letter and return to:

Attn: Claims dept.

This was my first order from Ebuyer. I took a chance with the lowest price that Pricegrabber found for this software. I figured that retail software is the same from all distributers, so why not buy the cheapest? Shipping by FEDEX was lightning fast (in my area UPS is difficult to deal with). Thank you, Ebuyer for a great experience.

This was my first, and so far, only purchase from Ebuyer. When I ordered some components, my credit card got rejected. Turned out to be my fault. Ebuyer quickly got the rest straightened out and got my order to me in a day! And this was with FedEx saver shipping. Their website is also very informative, and once you understands eNotes and everything else, I'm sure you will be as satisfied a customer as I am!
