I don't think I could have been more satisfied about the transaction. Below is a summary of my order with PC-Pistop.
I had ordered a pair memory on the 12th, and received an invoice on the 13th. I had expected it to ship then, and receive it the next week on Monday. However, the memory had no come by the next Wednesday, so I was worried about my order, whether it was forgotten or if shipping had lost it. I tried to contact them, but could not reach them on the phone, and the email responses seemed pretty generic. Of course now I was very worried, and quite upset, and then I received an invoice in the mail from them that day, implying that the memory had been shipped on the 13th. I was furious, and you can probably tell from Paul's response that I was not the least bit satisfied.
Once everything from Comdex has calmed down though, Paul cleared up the issue. Apparently there was a snow storm up in CO, and then Xtreme DDR was out to Comdex the next week, so there was nothing that could be done about it. After clearing up the situation, Paul even upped the delivery to 2nd day air!
I must say, that I am more than impressed by their customer service. Even with the slight mishap, none I would entirely blame on PC-Pitstop, I would definitely shop there again. Hello. I'm sorry you're having a bad experience with us. It sounds like you placed your order on the weekend before Comdex or during Comdex, in which case we could not ship out because we were closed. This was mentioned on our site and on our voicemail system. Also, we are a family owned business with only one phone line at present. If we are on the line with a customer we cannot answer an additional call. If you leave a msg or send us an email we normally get back to people on a VERY timely basis. It has been rough since coming back from Comdex because of all the backlog. We will be caught up by Monday. Please email us or call us any time and we'll help you. I ordered a case fan from this company. Received confirmation email immediately of my order. The next day I sent an email asking if they could give me my order status and a tracking number. Within 12 hours I received a response with a tracking number. Received order within 2 days of order! Very good site. Timely service and shipping! Haley is the owner. Nice doing business with this guy. Highly recommend this site for internet orders.

Ordered several fans. They were out of stock on the one I liked. I got the higher model for the same price. Good packing, good handling. Contacted them once per email and got a fast response. Order again.

I wanted to order a couple of Thermaltake cases, which most
companies had on backorder. I found them on the PC PitStop
website and called leaving a message to confirm that they
were in stock. I was called back within an hour to learn they
were available. I placed my order and the cases were shipped
by FedEx ground traveling from Washington state (direct from the
manufacturer) to Pennsylvania in just one week. And only $22
for a total of 60 pounds.
The price was right, the shipping was right, and the product was
in perfect condition when it arrived. I will definitely do business
with PC PitStop in the future.

Excellent Service.
Very fast processing. Call and asked for overnight. Received email confirmation right away and received product next day as requested. Highly recommended.

I ordered a case on-line, was charged and received a recept email. A week later, I got a shipping confirmation in the mail, an email would of been better.

I ordered a Lian Li case over the phone from PC Pitstop. I did this to guarantee the product was in-stock and to ask for the shipping date. Pitstop had the cheapest price (on pricewatch) and most the companies with low prices have horrible service. Not this place! When I called, they didn't put me on hold or throw me through some obscure automated system, I got a human being instantly. I asked them if the product was in-stock, and was told the products are drop-shipped from a warehouse, and that it would be shipped today. It arrived in (get this) one business day! The box was in good condition, and the case was beautiful. Will do business with again!

Awesome service. Ordered the ViewSonic P75f+b...a frikkin monitor! A huge package!
UPS Ground....it was processed and shipped same day..and came the next day! A MONITOR! Will order again. Though a web site that isn't too professional or anything, good order processing, though I never did deal with customer service or anything.

I wanted to buy an internal SCSI cable that would upgrade my external SCSI-2 case to a SCSI-U160 case. Their product description was stated poorly and I sent an email suggesting that, but they have been unwilling to reword. Ordered the cables and found that one didn't include documentation for the pinouts and the other did not include the necessary screws for mounting. So they didn't really understand either product and how it would be used or else they would have demanded their suppliers fix things.
I sent several emails to these guys about the missing screws, but it took a while just to realize that they really didn't have the foggiest about what I needed to attach that cable. Then it took a couple more emails to find out that they didn't have would never have those special screws. SCSI-3 connectors have a very rare type of screw nut and it is near impossible to find anyone selling them. Even the places that THINK they sell them have the wrong kind!
PC Pitstop was good about prompt shipping and prompt email responses. They had a really hard to find cable and had a good price on it. Too bad they didn't understand it well enough to describe it clearly on their site and make sure it included all the necessary hardware!

Ordered a Volcano 7+ on the 21st, the owner himself e-mailed me saying it was out of stock, then he actually redirected a UPS shipment to my address instead of waiting for it to arrive and sending it out again! Said they were backlogged but still got it out within only a day of receiving it. A+ service. I will buy from them for my next purchase definitely.
