I was pelased with Stootsis' turnaround time. Usually I wait multiple weeks for an item to come from other Deal-A-Day sites. I got my item within 7-10 days and it was exactly as described. Ordered 2 Xbox 360 controllers and a guitar controller for the 360. The controllers were labeled as "refurbished" and the guitar controller as "open box". All 3 items were defective. They obviously don't even check to make sure their products work. Both orders placed within 30 days, both orders are severely disappointing. Will not order from them again.

Beware of any open box items. They don't test them. If you get a broken one you have to pay to ship it back. Then you get to choose to get your money back (minus the cost of paying to ship it back) or a replacement product.  
 
They do not test any replacement products. So the cycle can continue.  
 
I posted this policy on their forums when they have open box items, and I got banned from their site for it.  
 
I'm not pointing fingers, I'm just making it well known to everyone.  
 
They say they don't edit postings, but they will delete them and ban the user for stating their policy.

Great Service!, the order was shipped the next day, and arrived 5 days later, the item was as described on the web site.  
 
Would definitely buy from them again!

Picked up a couple items from this site. Optical cable for $1.00, $3.00 total with shipping, and a 2GB Micro SD card for $15.00.  
 
Both times items were received very fast. They ship out of PA it seems. Got just what they showed me on the site. YOu can find some good deals here.

Even though I selected USPS shipping for my order, and had my order sent to my PO Box, stootsi decided to send my order UPS. When I emailed them to ask about this, they were unapologetic, and told me I would have to supply another address.  
 
They were quick to offer a refund, but over a week later they still haven't issued a refund. In all this time and with 5 chances to offer any apology at all in their email, they have not once apologized. Their emails are abrubt and while not rude, they're not polite either. If you make the mistake of ordering from this company do not expect any customer service.

Beware. Ordered a keyboard listed as NEW. They shipped the product in the retail box and not a standard shipping box, thus damaging the box. But I didn't think anything of it except for the fact that they wanted to save money on shipping.  
 
I opened the keyboard and the bags were ripped, twisty ties were lying all over the place. They sent me a USED keyboard. In addition, it had a grimy sticky substance all over the keys which I cleaned off. I plugged it in and it was DOA. Wanted to return it for a replacement, but instead they wanted to refund me.  
 
They didn't even refund the whole order.  
Therefore, in order to ship it back and get a partial refund, I lost $15 for a product I don't even have on THEIR MISTAKE.  
 
Listing a product as new and shipping me a clearly used, damaged, and defective product without refunding everything I paid is pretty unacceptable. Their responses take a few days and they have yet to respond to my last response I sent.

This is my 12th order from stootsi, and I have always been pleased. I usually get my item within 3-4 days of placing my order, and it is almost always as described. The one time I had a problem, they were quick with a replacement. Their customer service is very good, giving a response within a day, usually faster.
