Ordered call of duty 5, and received a pirated copy. Still have not been able to get money back.

I PLACED AN ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEN WOULD NOT SHIP UNTIL I TALK WITH THEM ON THE PHONE. THEY ADVERTISE AT A REALLY LOW PRICE, THEN TRY TO SELL YOU MORE SERVICES OR MERCHANDISE AND IF YOU DON'T BUY, THEY CANCEL THE ORDER. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS BORDER ON FRAUD!!  
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE BARRED FROM SELLING ON THE INTERNET. THEY ARE DECEPTIVE AND DISHONEST IN THEIR DEALINGS. THEY CANCELED MY ORDER AND I NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered a pair of 18' Monster Cable MonsterBass 400 Subwoofer Interconnect's (brand new /retail package) . Price was great ($6 each) and shipping was fast .  
Very happy with the Stootsi (daily deals) and service .

Awesome Price, Fast Shipping, Reliable Service!

Ordered 2 of the Microsoft Natural Ergonomic Keyboard 4000. Stootsi web site says they were brand new in retail packaging. Received 2 opened, used, damaged units. It was absolutely the worst experience any customer could have. Would NOT buy from Stootsi again and would NOT recommend this website to anyone. STAY AWAY!

Item was exactly as described, arrived quickly, and have had no problems with the unit since. I've bought from them before, and had no problems in the past either.

It was a great price, and I have and will continue to purchase items from sTooTsi, but the shipping really wasn't very good. When I made the purchase, I was told the item would ship in 3-5 days. 5 days later, it still hadn't shipped. They should explicitly say it will ship 3-5 days "from the end of the sale", and they should say when the end of the sale is. You're under the impression it's a 24 hour sale. In this case, it went on for a week.

Excellent price on an XBOX 360 Guitar Hero II bundle with the game and guitar. I've wanted to try Guitar Hero, and at this price, I had to order one...no, wait! I ordered 2, one for me, one for a friend. I do wish it was packed better...although the contents arrived undamaged, the Guitar Hero boxes were a bit beat up. But at this price, easy to overlook.

Excellent game. Good start if you're trying to get into Guitar Hero. Has a great collection of songs and guitar is customizable (with included stickers). Definite recommendation.
