Top Notch Company! I called JRS Medical after looking at their web-site. I had a few questions regarding a product. I spoke with a nice young lady named Allison who took the time to call the manufacturer and find out the answers to my question. Great customer service! And my order arrived the next day! I will order all my medical needs from them in the future.

I ordered an item on 8/18/08 (on line), received a shipping confirmation. Did not receive item. Called and emailed them on 8/29/08. They said a mistake had been made and they would ship immediately. Received another shipping confirmation. Still did not receive the item. Called them again on 9/9/08 and 9/10/08. Again, found out the item had not been shipped. Their representative's explanation was "we all make mistakes, I'm sure you do too"! I felt this was a condescending reply. They did refund my payment.

I've ordered from this company several times and the experience just seems to get better and better. I ordered my items one day, they arrived the next day. How many businesses give you that service? I'll be ordering the supplies that I need from this company in the future because I know that I will receive prompt, professional service.

As a first-time customer of JRS Medical, I couldn't be more pleased. I placed my order via telephone as I had several questions. The courtesy,efficiency and obvious interest in assisting me with details regarding my product choices were clearly evident. Later,a different salesperson was particularly helpful regarding a return of one item. The prices were excellent and the speed of delivery outstanding! I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I am diabetic and need supplies to keep my legs healthy. I always purchased those supplies from a local pharmacy but they quit carrying one of the things that I need to use on a daily basis. I ordered a case of the supplies I needed and wrote them a note saying that I needed them as soon as possible.

By chance I tried JRS and received better pricing, and QUICKER shipping to my door than the medical supply house that was just 10 miles away! Go Figure!
