I placed an order with JRS Medical by phone and ask for a quantity of 10 of one item. When the order arrived there were only five. I called back and was told that if I wanted the other five they would place a second order and I would be charged a second shipping charge. I spoke with a supervisor who confirmed that even though the mistake was theirs I would have to pay the shipping charge. The whole point of ordering 10 was to avoid the additional shipping charge. The people at JRS Medical may be polite, but they do not take responsibility for their mistakes; they expect the customer to pay for them. I was told that even if it meant losing my future business they would not ship the rest of my order without a second shipping charge.

I received my product very promptly. Great cutomer service. Greta price.

I ordered on Nov. 11 and had it early on Nov. 13. Wonderful customer service and low prices. I am very pleased and highly recommend them. Did I mention how nice their customer service is?

Great place to do business with. Placed order on Monday 10/20/08 at 1:30 PM, and received the merchandise on Tuesday 10/21/08. Was the best price that I could find. Definitely will do business with them in the future.

I placed my order online at 2:10:37 PM on 10/09/2008 and I received the order the very next day. I don't know how it could get any better than that. They had the best price by far than any website I found.

I kept seeing this item on a newsletter called Everydaycheapskate and now that I have adopted a kitten that came to me at my house day after labor day, man did I need something.  
Nokout did the trick for sure. Although he does use the litter box along with my other 2 cats, he found a few spots to his liking! I will NOT tolerate this in my home! I sprayed it on those areas and have not had a problem. To be honest, as a test, I also sprayed it on a white shirt at the end of the day to see if it would clear the cigarette smoke smell....it did! Love this stuff!!!!!! BUY IT!

I am amazed! I rarely have an order that is processed as quickly and accurately as this. I even verified by phone prior to ordering that the items were in stock and when they would ship. The really strange part is a human actually answered the phone. Most other companies have voice mail or a computer running you in circles. I give this company a 5 stars out of 4.

Top Notch Company! I called JRS Medical after looking at their web-site. I had a few questions regarding a product. I spoke with a nice young lady named Allison who took the time to call the manufacturer and find out the answers to my question. Great customer service! And my order arrived the next day! I will order all my medical needs from them in the future.

I ordered an item on 8/18/08 (on line), received a shipping confirmation. Did not receive item. Called and emailed them on 8/29/08. They said a mistake had been made and they would ship immediately. Received another shipping confirmation. Still did not receive the item. Called them again on 9/9/08 and 9/10/08. Again, found out the item had not been shipped. Their representative's explanation was "we all make mistakes, I'm sure you do too"! I felt this was a condescending reply. They did refund my payment.

I've ordered from this company several times and the experience just seems to get better and better. I ordered my items one day, they arrived the next day. How many businesses give you that service? I'll be ordering the supplies that I need from this company in the future because I know that I will receive prompt, professional service.
