Do not buy from this company. The sales rep are very rude over the phone. When you call to confirm they try to sell you other products. I canceled an order and still received the shipment. Even though I talked to someone and canceled it. I called back and they put the blame on me. Stay away from them.

This place screwed me. I ordered a Canon EOS 5D at 12:00pm, to be shipped overnight for an event the next day. I bought from them b/c their prices were far better than B&H, where I bought my lens and accessories. I was assured that the camera would arrive on time, and I prepared everything else, charging the extra battery I had purchased the night before. When I arrived at work, an email was awaiting me (from 5am) stating that my Camera was now backordered.  
 
I have an event, a lens, a lens filter, a flash, and a charged battery, but no camera. "No Hard Feelings," said Eric at Extension 242.

Tried to place an order for a Sigma Normal 30mm f/1.4 EX DC HSM Autofocus Lens for Nikon Digital SLR. Tried to charge extra for a lens hood which is supposed to be included with the camera. Also tried to sell a lens filter kit for an extra $150 dollars as well as an extra charge for a warranty, which is all supposed to be included.  
 
Immediately cancelled the order.

"I got my merchandise but was overcharged $85 for shipping. This vendor will not respond to e-mail. There are other suppliers... go somewhere else."  

THESE GUYS ARE LIARS AND THIEVES. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!  
They required that I call them to "confirm" my order. The salesperson used a false name, claimed to be the owner of the company and was the rudest salesperson I have ever encountered. He would not agree to ship my purchase until I had agreed to purchase more merchandise at highly inflated prices. I cancelled my order and he hung up on me. THEY APPEAR TO KEEP THEIR MERCHANT RATINGS HIGH ON OTHER SITES BY WRITING THEIR OWN REVIEWS. BEWARE!

I purchased a Nikon D80 and a Nikon 18-200 mm AFS-DX VR II lens. I recently found out from Nikon USA that the lens and camera were both Gray Market items. This is the seventh digital camera I've purchased and I remember specifically asking if the items were made for sale in the USA and was assured by Greg that they were. After i learned they were Gray Market I called and asked for a return authorization and was refused. They lied to me and I am warning anyone who is considering doing business with them to read all the comments here first.

I ordered a Canon XTI camera from wilddigital. Absolutely no problems. Camera arrived within 5 days - brand new - no problems.

Very very bad experience. Advice... Do not allow them to sell you anything more than what you originally go to them for. Their sales folk are very high pressure and their satisfaction guarantee policy is impossible to work through since they do not stand by original verbal agreements (the sales folks apparently do not know what the actual policies are and they will tell you whatever it takes to make the sale. I originally went to them for a camera. The sales agent suggested a few extras and said they would all be refundable to my credit card if I found them unsatisfactory. All WRONG. Customer service told me it was all one package and could not be broken down into individual items. So I returned everything and gladly paid the restocking fee since in the end I saved over $150 (on a $700 order) by buying elsewhere.

This is the most unethical internet vendor I've ever used. After several weeks of waiting I began getting phone calls from Wild Digital wanting address verification. This was a rouse to hard sell additional goods and to inform me that the olympus digital camera I purchased was the japan version and it did not have a US warranty. It also came with a 20 minute battery pack. If I wanted the US version with the US warranty and a battery that lasted two hours I would need to add an additional non trivial sum of money. I was so upset since none of this was disclosed when I ordered the camera. Stay away from Wild Digital.

I purchased a SIGMA lens which was heavily discounted compared to other online stores. I needed this lens ASAP so I purchased with UPS Next Day Air.  
 
The order was placed on a Sunday and I got the package on Thursday. This shows that their processing is very slow. I had called twice to get a tracking number with no results.  
The first time I called I was shocked that the guy was trying to throw me a sales pitch on lens filters. He then gives me an attitude while asking if I even know what a lens filter is.  
 
I then try to get him to confirm the time the package will be shipped, and he hangs up on me.  
 
The second call for a tracking number gets me nothing once again. I tell the phone rep how much of a hurry I am in and that If it's not shipped by thursday I will be forced to cancel the order. The sales rep did not seem to care at all, just says ok.  
 
I was assured a tracking number I never got.  
Their phone reps are rude.  
Processing is slow.  
They'll try to sell you on other items during the order confirmation process.  
The Order Confirmation Email does not include a price which I find very strange...  
 
Although the price was better than some others, I would not recommend this site. Customer service is key, and they need a lot of work. If I had known about how poorly they would handle their customers, I would have gladly paid the extra cost in dealing with better known sites.

Low cost Panasonic Lumix DMC-LX2K, 10.2 Megapixel, 4x Optical/4x Digital Zoom, Digital Camera (Black). The camera is a "grey-market" camera. The manual was a reproduction of an english manual, and the warantee is not as good as a domestic model. Wilddigital forces you to call them to confirm your credit card. Then they try to upsell you a bunch of accessories you don't really need. They will even lie to scare you into buying things. example: When I called they wanted me to know the battery that comes with the camera on lasts 20 minutes and takes 8 hours to charge, an outright lie. They were more than happy to sell me an additional battery for $89 that would fix that! Their battery, in addition to being grossly over priced, was a 710mAh battery! Almost half the power capability as the one that comes with the camera! Don't even ask about the $300 SD memory they are trying to sell you, it is only 512MB! a 4GB stick only cost me $50 at Newegg. In short, if you are ok with grey market cameras, thats fine, but don't buy any upgrades from them, it is just a pure rip-off!

Order a Nikon rangefinder. Got an email next day to verify the order which is their method to sell you bogus warranty and ridiculous priced accessories. The guy says the item comes with 3 month warranty when it actually comes with 1 year and says that the battery that comes with the camera only lasts 20 minutes, and tried to sell me both. I kindly declined.  
Then it took 3 days after that to ship the item.  
 
In all in all, I got the item at the best price beating the second lowest priced seller Amazon by $60. Not a good buying experience, but that's what you have to endure to get the best value.

I called and got a real person quickly. He was courtious and helpful. When he uggested I buy an extra battery, I declined and he was not forceful.  
 
They did misspell my name and I did not receive a confirmation e-mail or tracking info. When I called a week later they found my order and informed me that it had shioped and would arrive that day.  
 
The item arrived as represented that day via UPS. I would buy from this store again based on my experience. I saved about 25% on a Sanyo camcorder.
