My technician Joel was extremely helpful with my computer problem. He stepped me through his solution and was polite, patient and understanding. This is mt 2nd session with Joel. My second session was with a different technician who couldn't solve my problem. Joel called me back and my computer was back to normal within minutes.

This is the second PC I have purchased from ABS and it will certainly not be the last. ABS delivers a superior product for a very reasonable price. I recommend ABS to anyone I come across in the market for a new computer.
I have used ABS's technical support only on a few occasions however each time I required their assistance I was provided with clear, and concise information in a professional manner.
I look forward to customizing my next PC with ABS!

The purchase was easy and the configuration and build time was awesome.
The problem came in when the computer kept locking. This was noticed less than a month after receiving the computer and here it is a month later and the issue is still being worked on.
The problem (from where I see) lies in the tech support and lack of the ability to actually talk to someone when I have the time and am at the PC. More time is wasted waiting for a callback and not being able to talk to tech support than should be.
There is no point in leaving a message for tech support to call me back if I have 3 hours free and they call back 3 or 4 hours later. Is it that uncommon for me to have a PC at home and not be able to call tech support during the day to get assistance?
Love the systems, frustrated with the support. For the price and level of the system ordered, ABS is NOT "Always Better Service" in my case.

Didn't know the shipping address and the billing address had to be the same so when buying a computer for someone else you can't have it shipped to their house.

I ordered a computer from abspc.com. When I received it, it had been left outside my front door in the snow. No damage was done, but I was a little upset about it. Overall though, my computer works fine, and meets all my needs.

Very satisfied. Excellent, steady machine at an excellent price. Re customer service and tech support: My experience with computer and software companies has been almost universally poor over the years. ABS is a refreshing surprise. My questions have been answered quickly, thoroughly and accurately. Bravo.

I read many positive reviews about ABS, so I decided to give them a shot. I never thought I would spend $2300 on a system without a monitor, but the value I got a system that was maybe one notch below the "top of the line" options at the time. The savings are even greater if you prefer AMD over Intel. The system did not include a basic mouse or keyboard, but with the type of systems they offer, the basic components were quickly replaced with my wireless keyboard and mouse.All my games work great, and would order from them again.

My desktop computer is +6 yrs old, and I never expected to get such a high level of attentive service when I called in to report a problem. My computer has served me well over the years (I had put alot of thought/research into buying it back in 2001). I am glad I purchased it from ABS - besides tech help for the initial set-up, now is the only time I have had a problem with my system. The issues aren't yet resolved, but I truly appreciate the help I have received so far. Thank you Joel & the other staff @ ABS. We'll talk again this weekend!!

This was my second purchase with ABS. the first was flawless this one not so much. The cooling fan was not the correct part. I had difficulty conveying this information to the customer service rep who then put me to a technician. I then got it accross that I either wanted the part or I wanted the money credited back to my account. i finally went with the latter as the fan I got was fine it just wasn't the upgraded one I paid for. After all of that I realized my SLI system was missing the SLI bridge that is supposed to come with the motherboard . Rather than go through the hassle I will just buy on from e-bay. One bright spot was the service that I got at the end of the ordeal from I beleive her name was Jennifer but the last name escapes me. I still think very highly of the company. Pros
----
1.Got my order in 1 week.
2.Very professional build quality,very clean.(cabling ect.)
3.Excellent packaging.
4.Lots of free swag!
5.Support is excellent.
Cons
----
1.PSU cable came loose during shipping.
But this is fairly common when shipping assembled hardware.
2.Despite the great job packaging it,case door had a light scuff.

I must say that I have truly been blown away by the performance of this computer over the last 3 years as well as the tremendous service. I used to by Dell.....NOT ANY MORE!!! Thanks ABS!!

I bought a computer from ABS over 4 years ago. Recently I got the blue-screen-of-death after my 5-year-old shut off the power while Windows was running. I am up and running again thanks to hours of friendly and helpful tech support. Van of tech support (right here in California, not overseas) was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about this company. My next computer will be from ABS too.
