I purchased an HP Officejet J6480 Multifunction Printer from Enter Computers two weeks ago and I can say that I am very satisfied by my purchase. It is not only that the printer has a wireless connection, but I got it from Enter Computers brand new and from a very low price. I called the company for any assistance before I made my purchase and the people in the company are really helpful, from giving me the best printer, best price, to helping me place my order. And to top it all, I also received my product the following week, July 6, with their free ground shipping. I did not only got the product with the best price, but also had a free shipping. Their response to my order was very fast.  
 
I will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a printer from EnterComputers.com on May 26th 2009, it was to ship on the 27th and arrive to my office on June 1st. This did not happen. When I called FedEx on June 1st and gave them the tracking number emailed to me on the 27th they said they received no such package. I called EnterComputers.com they said it was that they found out that it was backordered just moments ago. I was pushed to wait at least a week maybe more until they got more inventory and they would not answer why I had not been told about it being back ordered at anytime during the week since my order. They refused to upgrade my shipping or compensate me in any way. One thing EnterComputers.com did not forget was to bill my credit card in full on May 27th.

I ordered an HP G4050 Scanner from Enter Computers. It was the lowest price anywhere AND had free shipping. I received it today, and it came in the expected time frame based on where it was shipped from.  
 
It came in a factory sealed box inside a shipping box. There could have been a little more packing material in the shipping box, but it was basically double boxed so no worries. Everything that was supposed to be included was in there. The 35mm negative carrier was missing, but there was an extra medium format carrier so I believe this was an error from HP, not the reseller.  
 
I have not tried it out yet, but since this review is of the reseller and not the product it looks to me like any future problems would not have anything to do with Enter Computers. Based on that I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I purchased a product from EnterComputers and was doing some more online shopping and came across a message board about internet dealers scamming unsuspecting customers. Enterompcuters was on that list of bad dealers. I saw negative reviews about Entercomputers over and over on a message board forum saying they are the same company as Compubiz. So I checked on some business owner look up sites and it was TRUE! Stay away from Compubiz and EnterComputers they are the same owners! They hide behind different company names. Thank god you are able to lookup owners of businesses to see who they really are. There is a message board I ran across that talks about internet scammers and Compubiz and Enterscomputers has come up numerous times. They are known to sell used and broken products that have been fixed as new products. If you dont believe me look it up and you will see its owned by the same people! I was lucky enough to cancel my order but I still haven't recieved my refund from these guys!  

They are so good, fast delivery, cheap prices i definitely come back to this store again
