Avoid this seller at all costs!
We purchased three Dell D620 laptops from HCDI Trading on 2/3/10 and we never received any of them. I called their 866-853-4234 number and left one message on 2/15/10 and no one ever called me back. I tried again on 2/17/10 and their mailbox was full (clearly full of complaints from other people who were ripped off too), and has been full ever since. I subsequently sent two follow up emails to their customer service email address and they ignored those too.
In a nutshell, HCDI Trading.com is a sham. They are a bunch of thieves who will take your money and you will never receive the item(s) you purchased. They stole nearly $1,500 from our company and after more than 5 weeks and several rounds of phone calls with Ebay's Resolution Center, I just received a refund for one of the purchases. If the seller doesn't respond to the remaining two open claims by next Monday (3/15), Ebay will refund the remaining balance due.
FYI, I have passed along this website's reviews of HCDI to my contact at Ebay's Resolution Center as part of my attempt to get HCDI Trading banned from Ebay. Wish me luck with that!

I ordered a Dell Optiplex from them on 2/2/10 and have yet to receive it. They took the money out of my acct. that day. I was told 7-10 business days when I ordered it. I called 10 days later and was told it would ship out the end of the week, which would have been around Feb.18 or 19th. I have called almost everyday since then and all I get is a voicemail box that is usually full. At this point, I just want my money back. I will continue to call and check this website out for any new info. as to how I can go about getting my money back.

I, like the the rest of you feel screwed to. I ordered my computer and they took my money from my account on feb. 3rd. I, like you have had no response. I will continue watching your reviews for possible help on what to do about it.

I have had great experience with this company over the years until now. They must have been shut down. Website is now down, phone system voice mail still full. Their email servers are cutoff due to storage limits. Maybe has something to do with http://www.reuters.com/article/idUS219869+01-Jun-2009+GNW20090601 To bad they "were" a great company

i paid by credit card, phone voice mail full, emails not returned i wrote a letter to the walmart pre paid credit card asking where my computer or my money back i had copy off order & credit card statement they were paid gregg

After waiting over a month, Mr. Rodney Pleasant of HCDI offered a refund which I accepted. He stated that due to the large number of refunds it would take about 7 days to process. That was Feb.17th and I have not received anything. If anyone has further info as to how we might collect or any ideas, please post. Good luck to all.

I believe this company is in trouble. I bought a PC in March 2009. Although I had to send it in a few times for repair work, they were very easy to work with. I sent it in for repair again last month (Feb 2010), a week before they closed due to "icy weather and power outages". When I talked to a rep before this closing, he explained to me that they were cutting back a lot of employee hours and trying to save everywhere possible. Now my computer is in a repair shop of a company that doesn't seem to be operating any longer. There is no one on site b/c the voicemail box is full and has been for weeks now. I also contacted the BBB of East Texas but I havent heard anything yet. Suppose to hear something in two weeks. I will update this post when I do, so everyone can try to get the money back. They were a good company while it lasted, but I guess now they do not care enough to atleast send back a computer of a loyal and paid-up customer. I just want my computer, then they can ride off in the sunset and be gone.

What a rip off.
I have spent over 800.00 dollars with this company
and I havent Once been able get anyone on the phone or to return an email! I quess Iam just screwed. Never ever buy or trust anything this company says. They take your money and run.I quess a lesson learned.Its to bad the law of the old west isnt around anymore.

Terrible company. This is the second time I have used this company. The first time I thought I would cut them some slack because maybe they were having a busy month or something.
1st Experience: Ordered 5 towers. After 2 weeks of not hearing anything, I called and was told they would ship out the next day. I waited a couple days and no tracking or anything. I called again and was told the truck didn't have the systems and they wouldn't know when they would have more. They offered slim desktop versions instead. I didn't really want them, but since I really needed something, I agreed. Looking back this was really just bait and switch.
2nd Experience: Since I'm willing to give people another chance, I decided to place another order with this company. That's the worst decision I ever made. Ordered Dec 24th 2009. Here we are Feb. 24th and I can't get in touch with any one. No calls or emails are returned. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and seeking resolution from paypal.
AVOID THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a refurbished laptop on Jan 26th 2010.... the company charged my credit card that day! Three weeks later I have heard nothing even though on the order I requested contact if the computer was on back order. I went to their web page and tried to use the track order feature. The computer said that a password would be sent to my email. NOTHING. I sent three emails asking status. NOTHING. I called two times.. got voice mail first time but on second call, the voice mail is FULL. I have contacted my credit card company and reported them but I expect to eat the $279.85 they charged to my credit card. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I placed an order and after 3 weeks I called to get a stats and I been told that they can not get my items although they have it avilable on their website plus no one take the time to inform me it is not avilable.I will never shop with this company again and they simply lost my business forever.

Ordered 10 desktop computers and monitors on Jan 5 for a business I am starting. Was told they will be shipped out as soon as possible but within the next 10 days. Called after 10 days because I did not receive a tracking number. Said they will be shipped out tommorrow. Tomorrow came and went and still no tracking info. Called again, was told that 'the truck did not come in yesterday, but they will be going out today' Again, no tracking number nothing shipped. Called again and spoke with their "Sales Director" who it seems is a compulsive liar. Again was told that they will be going out tomorrow. This is the same lie I have been receiving from this company for 3 weeks since the date of purchase. Today the "president" called me back and apologized profusely and promised delivery in 3 days. In light of everything that has gone down over the last 3 days, I told her that the only way I will beleive any of them will be with her providing me a tracking number showing that this order will be shipped out overnight. She had the so called "Sales Director" call me back and explain that they cannot do this. He kept apologizing and then couldn't understand why his apologies are not good enough. Had to call the credit card company and dispute this charge to get a refund. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND WANT TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE!

Ordered this laptop on Sun, Dec 20th. Called on Monday the 21st to confirm order status. Was told that day that order was being processed and was to ship that day. Called 2 days later to see if the laptop was going to make delivery in time for Christmas but was told “Due to high order volume and the holidays not being “business days” I wouldn’t receive it until the first week of January, this was disappointing because the computer was a Christmas present for my fiancée who is studying medicine. I then called again after Christmas to check up on the order and the guy said that the computer was expected to arrive on Tue, Jan 5th or Wed, Jan 6th (going on the 2 ½ week mark). On Tuesday Jan 5th My father called on the order and now was told that the computer was never shipped and all laptops were out of stock and on back order and they were expected to arrive at their location for a week. This we were kept in the dark about. All this time we were waiting for a laptop that was never even in stock or shipped. I was not happy to hear that I was lied to the whole time. On wed, Jan 6th I called and asked about what was going on with my order, He got rude with me and said it will be a LEAST a week before they got their stock. I then asked why we were never told about the laptops being on back order and that I was told it was supposed to be on its way. The guy rudely says “well do you want it or do you want a refund!?” He was not at all interested in helping me and he sounded very annoyed that I was calling about a laptop I ordered that was now about 2 weeks late for delivery. Canceled order and got money refunded, This is the worst vendor I have ever dealt with!

Purchased a CPU for a project at work. My order shipped in 3 days, and received my order 5 days later. When opened, I found that I was sent an incorrect CPU. I have contacted HCDI 3 times in the past week to see about an exchange or resolution, with no response. I will not be ordering the additional supplies I would have needed from HCDI.

I ordered a laptop from HCDI trading about 2 weeks ago. I have yet to receive my computer. On the website it say about 4-5 days to ship, but they don't even know the date that it will ship.
