I purchased a set of Berkline 088’s Home Theater Seats from Ultimate Home Entertainment.  
1) Pre-sales: Provided fast advice on what combinations would work in my space.  
2) Price – From what local dealer was quoting I’ve saved me thousands of dollars!  
3) Delivery – Local dealer quoted 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. I ordered on November 13th and was delivered 11th December!!  
I will recommend Roman to others.  

I purchased 2 rows of Berkline Seating for my home theater. The experience was great. Roman was great to work with, and he went above and beyond to help me throughout the entire process. His reply time is incredible, and I would recommend him for any of your future home theater or audio video needs.

I certainly was not disappointed! One of my chairs arrived with several broken pieces. All it took was an email to Roman and replacement parts were sitting at my door in less than 10 days.

I purchased a full set of Berkline Home Theater Seats from Ultimate Home Entertainment. I bought top of the line leather, all the gadgets, etc. When you spend thousands of dollars over the Internet, you really want to go with a great firm. I did a ton of resarch before I made a purchase, and several members of the AVS forum had great things to say about UHE and Roman in particuar. Here are my notes.  
1) Price - I took advantage of an AVS Power Buy, and Roman saved me thousands of dollars!  
2) Delivery - Everyone quoted 6 to 8 weeks for delivery of this set. I ordered this on November 15th, and ask for a delivery before Christmas. I didn't think that would happen....but it never hurts to ask. I was PUMPED when my entire order came in 2 weeks prior to Christmas and 3 weeks ahead of schedule! Way to GO Roman!!  
3) Product Knowledge - There is no one on the Internet that knows more about theater seats than Roman from UHE. He was always a quick email away, and it so difficult to pick out leather color and texture over the net. Roman provided me much guidance here, and my wife and I are so happy with the quality of the furniture.  
4) Product - The Berkline Model 90s look awesome, and if you get these. BUY the BUTKICKERS TOO! This is them most noticed upgrade I've ever made to my theater. It's an awesome combo, and you can go wrong with Roman and UHE.  
 
Overall Rating - 10 out of 10.

I really found Working with this store a positive experience. They will give good advice if you want it. They have really good prices and keep you well informed of status. Roman was very helpful over the phone while I asked a lot of questions. My order arrived after 3 weeks. Everything arrived in mint condition! I plan to make more purchases from him.

Roman was very helpful in choosing which product would fit best in my room. The process was very smooth, no problems at all. Roman is always prompt in returning emails requesting information. i would definitely buy from Roman again.

I did some shopping locally and looked around the web for some deals. One was Roman and he came back with a great price. The order was filled and at my house in about 3 wks (the estimate when I ordered was 5 wks). The couple of hours it took to unbox the chairs, carry downstairs and put together(the backs slide on metal arms) was well worth the $500/chair I saved vs. buying locally.

Roman was extremely helpful and clearly knows the product. You can usually reach him via telophone and always via email. After trying out the Berkline Home Theater Chairs at a local retailer I purchased them from Roman at a significant cost savings. Chairs dropped shipped to my house. No problems.

Could not have gone any smoother. Seller was helpful through entire process and answered all questions quickly. I will definitely buy from Ultimate Home Entertainment again if I need anything else.
