Berkine chairs are simply the best. Why buy anything else?

I really enjoyed my purchase along with the tremendous customer service provided by Roman. The order was received timely, process timely and shipped timely. Customer service throughout the process was more than I could have expected.

Roman is great to work with and will deliver exactly what you want. Our Berklines have made our viewing experience fun. I heartily recommend this company to anyone wanting to save money without worrying about the service.

Buying custom furniture sight unseen over the Internet can be a scary experience. I probably exchanged a dozen EMAIL's with Roman at Ultimate Home Entertainment before I made a purchase. He did a great job of explaining the options and answering my questions. Berkline recliners are built to order in America -- not mass produced in China. They aren't cheap, but I feel that I paid a fair price. Ultimate's pricing was very competitive with other online sellers, and much better than local retailers. My only complaint is that delivery took longer than expected, but that's the fault of the shipping company and their local agent. I would have had the same delay no matter who I purchased from.

Roman promptly answered several emails with me prior to my purchase and kept me in the loop after the purchase. My items showed up faster than promised, and were exactly what I ordered.  
 
I wish other online vendors were as prompt to respond, and as helpful as Ultimate Home Entertainment. I would not hesitate to order from them again, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in their target market.

Great experience. I ordered 5 Berkline 187 chairs. Roman provides great customer service. My order was delayed a bit due to the Berkline factory move, but Roman kept me informed and everything was delivered as promised. I highly recommend Ultimate Home Entertainment.

I ordered four 45004 Berkline theater recliners in blue 75-75 buttery smooth leather and received them all in great shape and in less time than quoted. They are quite beautiful and I couldn't be happier.

We have received the chairs last Tuesday, a week ago. It looks great! And the more important thing, after a week’s experience on them, is that they give us very comfortable feeling by touching and sitting on. Definitely the products we were looking for to match our existing chairs bought from Costco. And the out looking (leather) and quality (leather and foam) are better than the one we had from Costco! Along with your quick reply on my email (questions), detailed answer and honest suggestion, follow up and on time shipment, and reasonable price, you are highly recommended!  
 

This was an absolutely wonderful transaction. My wife and I were nervous about sending a check that large to someone that we had never met for chairs that we had never sat in, but Roman was very professional from before my order right up through now with technical assistance.
