As for the chairs, I bought the motorized Berkline 13175's and I love them. Never sat in a Berkline chair before, but they are very comfortable and don't regret the purchase at all.

Roman at Ultimate Home Entertainment is a very rare individual when it comes to Internet shopping. I just received my new Berkline 45014 Theatre Seating with the new powered head rests. They are very comfortable and the power recline is smooth and quiet.  
 
Since they were brand new, they took a bit of time, but Roman warned me ahead of time and kept me well informed all the way from order to delivery. In fact when ordering, Roman found and corrected a mistake in his original invoice. The amount went down. He even called and emailed me when the truck driver was having trouble reaching me for home delivery. Roman has a loyal and soon to be repeat customer. He earned it.

Without a doubt, Roman provided me with the best customer service I've ever had for a major, online purchase.
