This was our first purchase with Ultimate Home Entertainment, our family is so pleased with the Berkline chairs. Any Audio Video gear I buy in the future is definately going through Roman/Ultimate Home Entertainment. I emailed Roman back and forth for months as I researched my Audio/Video gear. I bought 4 Berkline motorized chairs, JVS RS2 Projector/Screen, Denon 3808ci receiver, and James Loudspeakers. You can't beat the prices here so if you're an Audio/Video Enthusiast, this is the place to buy your stuff. Kudos to Roman.
My husband and I purchased 2 rows of 4 Berkline power recliners with cupholders for our home theater. We were extremely satisfied with the service that Roman provided throughout the entire process, including the pre-order stage. He kept me in the loop during every step of the process. The chairs arrived in a little over a week from when we placed the order and they are better than we could have imagined. The ones we ordered were in stock so we were able to get them very quickly. Other places required 8 to 12 weeks to ship. Also, the delivery guys put the backs on the chairs, hooked them together and took all the boxes with them when they left. That might not mean alot to some, but for us it was a very nice added benefit. We also saved a lot of money dealing with Roman on these chairs. We would recommend dealing with Roman to anyone. Originally I was considering a different source for my eleven Berkline electric recliners. Having difficulty getting questions answered by the other guys I e-mailed Roman who immediately took an active interest in my overall home theatre project. It quickly became apparent that this guy was in this because he liked it whereas the other guys were just doing a job…and not that well. So in short, all my questions were answered, general HT thoughts and ideas were batted back and fourth between us and I ended up ordering from Roman. The chairs have arrived now and I have them all set up in my HT. Everything worked out perfectly and even now after the sale Roman continues to take an interest in my still on going HT setup. So if you are interested in buying seats for your theatre don’t go to just a regular furniture store, go to someone that knows HT! Call or e-mail Roman!
If you're looking for Berkline seating, Roman's Ultimate Home Entertainment is the place to go. He's friendly, knowledgable and most importantly very patient. Answers every question quickly and intelligently and just really knows his business. I realize its difficult to trust strangers on the net but fear not with Roman. Just browse his ratings and you'll see what I mean. Highly recommended.
Like everyone else, I was skeptical about buying high end products from someone off of the internet because its not easy to trust everyone. I learned that you can trust the owner of this merchandizer. He came through with a great product - theater seating, at a competitive price, on time and with friendly service. I will be buying from Utimate Home Entertainement again.
Bought seven (7) Berkline motorized recliners. Absolutely the VERY BEST price anywhere. Roman was very helpful and I received the recliners as ordered without a hitch. EXCELLENT e-mail communications throughout the process. I would definately recommend Ultimate Home Entertainment and Roman as the place to purchase Berkline home theater recliners.

Roman is very knowledgeable about the Berkline product line; much more so than the five local dealers I visited. His advise resulted in us getting a good value in theater seating that we will enjoy for years.

Roman is a great guy to deal with, he is helpful and honest.I couldnt decide on seating and could not see them in a store locally, so I gave him a list of features and the overall size that I wanted and let him suggest something.
I couldnt be happier. He answered all my emails very quickly and made the ordering process painless.The delivery was right on time and there were no quality issues. I would recommend Ultimate Home Entertainment. I will definetly do business with roman again.
Roman at Ultimate Home Theaters was outstanding to work with. He was very knowledgeable on all the chairs we where interested in and helped us narrow down our decision to the Berkline 45014 with grade 4 leather. We received the chairs within weeks and the price included white glove delivery!
