I contacted Roman based on a special advertised on his website and a review of his outstanding reputation on various forums and sites like this. To my (pleasant) surprise, after asking me a few questions about my needs, he recommended a different LESS EXPENSIVE model. After receiving the chairs, I couldn't be happier. I realize now that the chairs I was initially interested in would not have been appropriate. They would have been too large (I'm short) and too wide (the room is narrow). Any other store would have been happy to take my money. Instead, Roman seemed genuinely interested in selling me the correct product. Bravo!

I purchased my chairs from Roman on based on cost and his reputation on avsforum.com I can say by far his prices were less than half what I could get chairs locally for (local chairs had less features also). The order took longer than was originally quoted (couple of months late) but he kept me in the loop and I always felt like I knew what was going on with the chairs. When the chairs did arrive though I was VERY glad that I waited for them, they are better than I imagined and he has been helpful with any questions that I have had. IU had good reasons to be apprehensive about ordering recliners through the WEB. Based on my experience with the owner, Roman, I would say that his good reputation is well earned. We are completely and totally satisfied with our purchase.

I was very skeptical of ordering from this company to begin with, but after reading all the positive reviews and not a single negative, I took the plunge. I am very happy with my purchase and would certainly recommend any of my friends to purchase from them as well. Unreal prices and quality. I purchased 8 of the Private Collection Santa Fe's and I love them, more importantly, my wife loves them.

Roman was great to deal with. Not only did he provide valuable, honest information about the various Berkline models prior to the sale, I had the chairs within a week of ordering them.

Roman offers exceptional customer support and he spent a great deal of time fielding my many questions, giving excellent advice to that end. Roman processed/shipped my order much faster than I had anticipated - the shipping company he selected was fast, professional, and courteous. All items ordered were received ahead of schedule in great shape.  
If you intend to order Berkline theater seats, there is absolutely no reason to buy from anyone else - his prices are lower than the competition and regardless of what it is you're purchasing, you will not find a better customer/seller interface anywhere.
