I purchased my chairs from Roman on based on cost and his reputation on avsforum.com I can say by far his prices were less than half what I could get chairs locally for (local chairs had less features also). The order took longer than was originally quoted (couple of months late) but he kept me in the loop and I always felt like I knew what was going on with the chairs. When the chairs did arrive though I was VERY glad that I waited for them, they are better than I imagined and he has been helpful with any questions that I have had. I would definitely be contacting Roman (Ultimate Home Entertainment) if I need anything else HT related. Thanks

I purchased a set of Berkline Theater Chairs from Ultimate Home Entertainment and could not be more pleased with both the chairs and the experience.  
 
Roman was first rate in his communications and customer service. He answered emails immediately and accurately, an was more than willing to share advise on the item I bought and others I inquired on.  
 
The chairs are fantastic. Very high quality, and I easily would have paid 25-50% more buying locally.  
 
I am a relatively picky person when it comes to products and services. I strongly recommend Ultimate Home Entertainment and would absolutely purchase from them again.

I purchased 8 berkline chairs from Roman cross-country. I have followed some of his transactions via AVS Forum and found that feedback to be positive, so I took the plunge. Prices were very favorable (out of state, so no Tax too!) and he blew away local offers. Roman answered my emails extremely quickly, usually within hours or minutes, at all times of the day. While I probably could have called and had a 20 min conversation, he was helpful with answering my Q's.

See, there are tons of websites selling home theater seating. They all have 1-800 numbers prominently emblazoned on their banners, and they have loads of inventory from which to choose at competitive prices. They make promises of immediate shipping, of free tactile transducers, of riches, fame and glory. They all look impressive.  
 
They all ignore your phone calls, your voicemails, and your emails. They want your payment and to be left alone. Then maybe eventually, when they get around to it, you'll get your order in a few months if you're lucky.  
 
On the other hand, Roman at rtheaters.com does business the way business should be done. He answers his phone. He responds to emails. He is patient and helpful, offers VERY competitive pricing, and ships as soon as he receives payment.

I contacted Roman confused on what type of chair to purchase, being in NJ he suggested I stop by the warehouse and try the different models out. We went on a Monday, chose the one we liked and emailed Roman on Tuesday. We were able to get the deal done in one day, and on Wednesday I picked the chairs up at the warehouse. This could not have gone any smoother! We settled on 3 12003's, leather/vinyl combo and we could not be happier.

We found Roman through a Powerbuy at AVS Forum. I checked out the on-line comments and the price was right, so we took the plunge. We ordered five chairs (Berkline Renos) in two separate orders; shipped from New Jersey to Phoenix. The chairs arrived in just over a week both times. They look great and are very solid. Highly recommended.

I am in the process of building my personal home theater and was in need of proper seating. I had looked at local furniture stores for dedicated seats, but found poor quality and overpriced items. The brand that I found very high reviews online was not offered in my area. I found Roman and UHE online and contacted him with a general idea of what I was looking for. He was very knowledgable of seats that would work for my specific needs (room size, number of chairs, my height, etc...) I was somewhat apprehensive spending this amount of money online for chairs unseen, but based on his support and patience looking at different models, options, configurations, and trims, decided to take the plunge. I had my seats delivered a week later, double wrapped to ensure their protection. I would highly recommend Roman and UHE for any home theater needs.
