I explored the net trying to find a lens adapter for my camera. After searching for a while, i found photosolve.com. The price is good and there's a whole variety of selections. so i ordered my adapter and proceed to send an email to the company, confused about certain things.
I expected to wait until next week to get a reply. But to my surprise, my mail was replied within 1 hour and it's handwritten, not just some automatic email-replying machine. My questions were answered clearly and the ceo even gave me suggestions to lower my shipping cost.
It's supposed to take 24-48 hours for my order to be processed and for it to be sent to germany. Again, i'm surprised when i woke up next morning, there's an email to me confirming that my item has been sent, a mere hours after completing my order.
And today, 2nd June, my item reached my door. All in all, it took less than 5 days to get the item from usa to germany while passing through custom and released quickly. It might be quicker had i order on weekdays, as post dont work on weekend.
The item was of top quality, fit my camera perfectly and surely not cheaply made as though china made clones. It was a very satisfying experience and i'm sure i'll buy more from this shop. A++++++++++++
Ordered xtend-a-sight.
Prompt and helpful response to inital enquiries for information. Product arrived well wrapped and well within the estimated international delivery time to the UK. Correspodence from retailer throughout the transaction until delivery. Thoroughly recommend this firm.
What can I say? Delivered as advertised. Shipped next day. Arrived on time. Product was what I expected. Timely followup after delivery for feedback. Yes, I'd buy here again. This is my second order, so I guess I already have.

I purchased Photosolve's Xtend-a-Slide product to do 35mm slide capture to my digital SLR camera. I learned about the company through an amazon.com forum that discussed different options for 35mm and film transfer.
I had a series of questions, both pre-purchase regarding the approach/solution and the likely results, and post-purchase regarding how to refine the combination of lenses, etc. to achieve the best results. The company was very responsive and helpful in promptly addressing all the inquiries I had via e-mail.
The unit was delivered promptly and in good condition by first class mail (other delivery options are available).
I found Photosolve to be an easy company to deal with remotely (online information, e-mail inquiries, ordering, and delivery). I am still refining my slide transfer technique/approach but I am very satisfied with the Xtend-a-Slide product.
It's important, in terms of expectations, for anyone embarking on this project themselves to keep in mind that the results will be directly tied to the quality of the input media regardless of the transfer technology you use. I chose the Xtend-a-Slide since I've already made an investment in quality optics through my DSLR camera and I wanted to leverage that investment as much as possible. However, some of my family's 35mm slides have not aged as well as others (e.g. maintaining the color representations in the film, etc.) and this can be seen in the variation of results. Expect a variety of results and be prepared to do some post-transfer editing (e.g. color correction) on the images you care most about.
I live in Greece and I bought a Generic Shutter Release from Photosolve.com for my digital camera that did not have that option. I'm very pleased with the product as well as for costumer service.
This is an excellent company. I found them via old postings on BirdForum.net. All full of praise of the xtend-a-view product. I ordered one for myself and was impressed by the quick and personal answers to my questions via email. Shipping via the cheapest USPS option was 8 days from day of order but I blame USPS for four of those. The product arrived well packaged. My first impression is that xtend-a-view is built like a tank and will last me a life time.
The owner of Photosolve has bent over backwards to solve a problem with the focus on a set of closeup lenses. He really wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. I would highly recommend his store to anyone!

Xtend-a-view pro wide variable arrived in 5 days, including a weekend, via first class mail. It arrived in good condition and was what I was expecting.
Timeliness of processing the order, and email follow up were good.
This is a fine quality product, machined from solid metal and features a sharp lens. I have the original model that has taken a beating since 2002 and is no worse for wear since it is “built to military specs.” This shipment came quickly, and although not packed in a box, was protected in bubble wrap.
I had a problem with the new model, but within a few hours I had the appropriate model on its way to me. Phil responds quickly.
I would not hesitate ordering from them.

Very satisfactory service with regard to advice and delivery. From the start of the process, through the questions and answers to the selection, ordering and delivery of the items I am impressed with the attitude adopted by the CEO. There are some very interesting items stocked and quality is of the first order. All in all I cannot praise Photosolve too much.
