When I finally placed the order, it was promtly mailed and I received it in just a couple of days.  
I considered all pricing and postage reasonable.

the digicam viewfinder hood is well designed and well made, a unique item from this specialty vendor.  
The vendor took the trouble to track the shipment  
and e-mail me that USPS had marked the shipment as  
undelivered, waiting at my Post Office. I never  
got a failed-delivery notice from my postal  
carrier. Only thanks to extraordinary  
diligence on part of vendor did I know the item  
was waiting for me at the P.O.

I purchased the Photosolve Xtend-A-Sight. The online transaction went smoothly; communication with the company was excellent; the item was shipped promptly and received in 3 or 4 days in spite of using the cheapest shipping option. I have not yet field tested the unit but it does fit my camera & RDS as advertised and no problems are anticipated.

The Extend-a-sight product for mounting an RDS on a digital camera is a unique and excellent product. Very well made. Just what is needed for BIF (birds-in-flight) captures or other fast-moving action.  

I ordered the Xtend-a-Sight mount to mount a red dot sight on the flash shoe of my FZ50.  
The results fror ordering from this company are outstanding.  
1. The quality of the product is superb.  
2. The communication from the company is outstanding.  
3. The product came with an instruction shee that is easy to read and understand, even though it really isn't needed. But it was nice to see that the company cared enough to enclose one.  
4. I ordered it on thursday and it was at my door on monday, WOW, I could not believe it.

My experience with Photosolve is a positive one. Did not have any problems ordering and receiving the product. The quality of image from slides using photosolve is quite good although it won't approach that of an expensive scanner but many slides can be processed a lot quicker.

 
Product is 35 mm colour slide copier. This attaches to Minolta Dimage 7i with close up #2 lens screwed to front element of lens-49 mm thread. The slide copier is manufactured to high standard and i have not had any problems using this product. loading a slide is a bit slow > maybe i should have ordered the double carrier ! regards, John Colyerspain@hotmail.com

I emailed to find out if Photosolve carried a replacement part for a camera bracket, and not only did they happily sell me what I needed at a very reasonable price, they made the effort to call me on a Saturday after receiving my online order because I had ordered an additional accessory that I hadn't indicated I was buying, and they wanted to make sure that it was something I actually wanted, instead of automatically billing me and shipping it.  
 
I received my order when they said I'd get it, and I received a follow-up email to make sure I was satisfied.  
 
I recommend Photosolve without reservation.

PHOTOSOLVE provided me with excellent service and products and I highly recommend them to potential customers. Photosolve was responsive to pre-purchase inquiries; the order was processed quickly and accurately; and I received my order a day ahead of time! The website is helpful but I contacted their customer service by email with additional questions about a product and received a very detailed and helpful response immediately.
