After receiving a prompt, personalized response to my inquiry about what I would need to photograph slides, I decided to purchase the Xtend-a-Slide system for my camera instead of a much pricier slide scanner. My order went out on a Friday, the same day I made it, and I had my purchase by the following Monday. I ended up needing to purchase another set of magnifying lenses for my camera's set up. (These lenses had been suggested, but I decided to wait and see.) I ordered them the next day, and they arrived again within two business days. I spent an hour or two trying the system out and was able to convert over 200 slides. It took me days to do that many photos with a flatbed scanner. My piles and piles of slides don't look quite so daunting anymore.

The ordering procedure was as e-z as any I have used over the last 5 years. Photosolve also informed me of parts ordered and were not needed.I appreciate this type of service. They could have sent these parts and charged me an extra $25.00. The next time I need any photo gadgets I'll be haeding to Photosolve's web site.

Very friendly support, I feel very confident ordering from Photosolve and will not hesitate to do so again. They asked to be emailed when I received my order. When I hadn't received it within a couple of weeks because of Canadian customs, they emailed me and asked if I had received my order yet, I had to assure them that Canadian customs was slow and not to worry.

I am very satisfied with the buying experience, the product, and say enough good things about the customer service. I bought their Extend-A-Slide, a device for copying slides. The website was helpful in learning about the issues involved. When I needed a part replaced to make the product work better, the replacement was mailed the next day with a postage paid return envelope. No cost and no questions. The owner, Phil, must carry a "Blackberry" everywhere. I have emailed questions to him on a Sunday, and gotten a response within minutes.

My Extend-a-sight works exactly as advertized and the advice and guidance from the company before I placed my order was first-rate.

Have ordered from Photosolve twice now. Both times camera accessories were accurately described, excellent quality, and shipped quickly for a modest charge. I would not hesitate to order again if they have something I can use.

I received my Xtend-a-sight in today's mail. Fits just like a glove. So far as I know there are now four of these in our Grand Photos Club. I imagine there'll be more orders.  
I am on the board of the Outdoor Writers Association of America (OWAA) and Chairman of the Photo Section. I'll be attending our annual conference in Grand Rapids, MI in June and will be showing off my new sight and mount.

Excellent shopping experience, I had questions and talked to the owner who was extremely helpful and pleasant to talk with. Shipping was fast and prices were very reasonable. I wish all business transactions involved people of this competence level. I'll be referring friends. I would surely shop there again.

Photosolve had the exact product I needed. I needed a bracket to hold an external microphone and/or light for a camcorder. It needed to be mounted upside down and the flash bracket offered a reverse mount. The bracket is light yet sturdy. I highly recommend both Photosolve for both its exceptional products and service.

The Photosolve Xtend-a-Sight product was highly recommended to use with a Red Dot Mounting Sight for taking pictures of flying birds in a workshop I attended. The Photosolve web site was easy to use and delivery was very prompt. I am fully satisfied with the experience of dealing with Photosolve on this order and happy with the purchase.
