Photosolve had the exact product I needed. I needed a bracket to hold an external microphone and/or light for a camcorder. It needed to be mounted upside down and the flash bracket offered a reverse mount. The bracket is light yet sturdy. I highly recommend both Photosolve for both its exceptional products and service.
The Photosolve Xtend-a-Sight product was highly recommended to use with a Red Dot Mounting Sight for taking pictures of flying birds in a workshop I attended. The Photosolve web site was easy to use and delivery was very prompt. I am fully satisfied with the experience of dealing with Photosolve on this order and happy with the purchase.

Photosolve provided the equipment needed to copy my slides with my digital camera, Olympus C-770 Ultra Zoom. Ordered on Friday and received it on Tuesday, without special shipping. Great site, they realy care and make sure you get what you need.
Photosolve is a great outfit to deal with. Their communications are outstanding, and they want you to be pleased with what you bought from them. This is my second purchase and probably not my last.
My entire buying experience with Photosolve was positive. They communicated with me immediately by e-mail, responding to a couple of questions I had about a product for slide and film copying. The proprietor of the company handled this personally.

I had been looking for a means to transfer our 35mm slides to a digital medium and looked at several solutions from flatbed scanners to drum copiers when I cam across Photosolve's Xtend-a-slide system which attaches to a digital camera.
I was unsure of the exact compatibility of the system with my camera and it was not listed on the company's website. I e-mailed their support address and within 24 hours I had received a response from the company founder ensuring computability and items that would be required to use the Xtend-a-slide.
At first I believed there was an oversight - I was told there was a requirement for an additional lens which was 1/3 over again of the total cost. I returned by concerns to the founder and again he responded personally and provided a simple explanation and test to proves why this was needed.
Satisfied with the support I had received prior to the sale and a very strong return policy I decided to purchase online. Everything was confirmed and shipped within 2 days of my order. At this point due to server issues on my end I stopped receiving e-mails. A week later I e-mailed back saying that I had not received anything and the founder again replied - this time by phone - to my situation personally and forwarded the information to another e-mail address.
All the correct pieces arrived by mail about 2 weeks later (3 weeks in total) - Cross boarder and Christmas volume were to blame for the long shipping times I suspect.
I highly recommend purchasing from this company - Its as painless as online shopping can be.
Photosolve is AWESOME! I was ordering xtend-a-slide for my 75 year old father. Photosolve directed me to the exact items my dad needed for his specific camera. My dad isn't techno savy at all and had some minor problems. Photosolve emailed us suggestions and even called my dad to talk him through it! My dad is excited to start his project, now that he has the equipment and knowledge to do it. Photosolve isn't just for experts or techno savy folks...it's for anyone! I highly recommend Photosolve!

I recently purchased an Extend-a-Slide Plus kit and a close up lens kit in order to convert slides into digital pictures. I'm a very amateur photographer and wasn't sure what I needed so I e-mailed Photosolve.
They responded immediately and told me exactly what I would need for my camera type. I ordered from them and the equipment arrived very quickly. I have just started to copy my slides, but already I am thrilled with the results. The product is extremely easy to use and is perfect for converting family slides via a 35 mm camera to digital format.
