I was in process of creating a macro camera from an old Canon A85. I needed a lens barrel/converter and a 52mm reversing ring (with mail threads on both sides). The barrel (invoice not listed here) was ordered and shipped immediately. I mentioned to Phil in an email that all's I needed now was a 52mm reversing ring. He emailed back with a link to the ring saying, "I think I have what you need." I ordered it and the ring (invoice #00006424) arrived about three days later.  
 
These folks are on the ball. They communicate wonderfully. They're interested in you and your needs, not just your money. Shipping is very fast. Photosolve has demonstrated an uncommon skill-set among .com businesses where there is usually no shortage of treachery and poor customer service.  
 
I'll likely be doing business with these folks again. And, judging from my experience, no one should be afraid to.

Thank you so much! After receiving a prompt, personalized response to my inquiry about what I would need to photograph slides, I decided to purchase the Xtend-a-Slide system for my camera instead of a much pricier slide scanner. My order went out on a Friday, the same day I made it, and I had my purchase by the following Monday. I ended up needing to purchase another set of magnifying lenses for my camera's set up. (These lenses had been suggested, but I decided to wait and see.) I ordered them the next day, and they arrived again within two business days. I spent an hour or two trying the system out and was able to convert over 200 slides. It took me days to do that many photos with a flatbed scanner. My piles and piles of slides don't look quite so daunting anymore.

They could have sent these parts and charged me an extra $25.00. The next time I need any photo gadgets I'll be haeding to Photosolve's web site.
