Direct Canada is the best in regards to product price, shipping price and speed, though are lacking in customer service (the last times I had to call them you get put on hold and get the option to get a call back or continue to wait. If you wait, it hangs up on you after about 10 more minutes, if you ask for a callback, I never received one - I tried multiple times) also I once had an order which they didn't have the item I ordered, but they didn't notify me. I had to message them and then choose a replacement, though I didn't have to pay shipping again or anything. Also, they are a bit lacking with the number of different products they have, as well as removing old products from search results, and the search engine they use isn't very powerful.  
Overall I recommend buying what you can from them, which is what I do.

Ordered Monday, received Wednesday. Not bad at all. I've ordered from Direct Canada before and each time has been painless.  
 
My only complaint this time around. Packing was poorly done. Lots of cushion on the top, Nothing on the bottom. Better packing will ensure the safe arrival of the Product.

Direct Canada is one of the top reliable internet compagnie that I deal with for my PC hardware upgrades. Not only that, but there service is impeccable, there prices are 8 out of times better than anyone else out there.

Took ground shipping .... had one day delay and now it will take over 8 days to ship from Vancouver to Toronto ... this is perhaps th weakest link in the system so far. Could have paid $10 more for air shipping however. Still waiting for the product here but the order process was easy and efficient.

I've used direct Canada many times and there has never been a problem.Excellent prices.Next business day shipping to Quebec for $10,less then 24 hours, for my last order, almost coast to coast. No Quebec PST. Excellent communication. Hard drive and external encloser order was very well packed. I will continue to buy from DirectCanada.com, has long they exist and continue in the same manor they do.

Excellent Prices. The only issue I had with shopping at Direct Canada was the shipping of the order. I had ordered a number of in-stock items for a system build, and they proceeded to split the order into 3 different shipments. I had to wait until all the items had arrived before I could start the build.

One of the best prices in Canada (and sometimes in North America). Put together free delivery on large orders and taxes you save shipping across provinces and you have a winner.  
My first choice for computer parts - built 4 PCs using parts ordered from Direct Canada. Prompt service, usually ship in 1-2 days. Had one defective product (memory), had no problem returning it.

ordered late Monday evening, made it all the way to NB by Wed for less then most places ship ground. Item I ordered (acellero twin turbo) was also $10 less then anywhere else.

Everytime that I order something from DirectCanada.com, it goes without saying that I'll be impressed by their price and speed of delivery.  
I ordered a GPU cooler, and it was delivered and in my hands in less than 16 hours :)  
 
Not to mention they were 25% cheaper than any of the other online retailers.

Excellent prices. Well stocked with enthusiast parts such as WD Caviar Black. Next business day shipping to Ontario for $10. No Ont PST. Excellent communication. Hard drive order was very well packed.
