DirectCanada has great prices and very low shipping costs. Unfortunately, there's a few problems. I had 7 items in my order, 6 of them shipped and were received 4 business days later, 1 is still missing. It's been 9 days, and the items hasn't shipping yet, even though the website has been showing it in stock the whole time.  
 
I've called Direct Canada telephone support but it didn't help me much. The representative simply said that the item would ship shortly, without considering my claim that it has been in stock the whole time. That was 3 days ago.

Usually the best prices in Canada for computer parts. Shipping is cheap and super fast I got my box the next day. I highly recommend directcanada.

The price is always competitive. Delivery was amazingly fast considering the distance between BC and QC. I usually buys from there whenever I need something that they have (unless there is a better price in another store, which does not happen often). I saved a lot of money compared to buying in physical store.

The service was excellent. I ordered on Tuesday and it reached here on Friday. I got the best deal with a very low shipping rate.I will personally recommend this site and its the best one if you are ordering within Canada as I have tried other services and they are not comparable to the quality of service and deals which Direct Canada provides.

"Stellar" is the word that comes to mind! Lowest price I could find, the order process is quick and clear, special promotions prominent, e-mail notifications during the process are clear and helpful, item shipped and arrived expediently, well packaged to protect against bumps.  
 
I love it when I find a vendor who takes their business seriously, and I look forward to ordering more from Direct Canada.

The price is always awesome at directcanada. One of the best online store in Canada. Shipping is fast as always.

The worst online experience. 10 days after having received my payment through Paypal, they never processed my order and gave me ridiculous reasons. I got refund by Paypal.

Best price for what I bought, by far. Good shipping, ordered Friday morning, here on Monday. Item securely packaged, could've packaged the bottom better, no harm done.

I can't beleive how fast the computer was ship. And how good are the prices....

Fantastic next day delivery! My first purchase from Direct Canada and was extremely impressed with their shipping efficiency and pricing.

Ordered Wednesday evening, arrived Friday morning in Toronto safely via their air mail shipping promo with Purolator. More free or fast shipping promos please!  
 
Overall cheaper than local merchants, good for small purchases (cables, hard drives, etc.)

I bought a hard drive + external enclosure. Great price and fast delivery. Less than 2 days to Montreal by Air.  
 
The only thing was that I received 2 packages with a delay of 1 day. If you think of carbon emission and footprint, they should package everything together and do only one shipment.

Prices are awesome .. Packaging ..humm could use a little work .. speed .. definitely could use some work .. but maybe when I order more it will get faster ? if not what can I do to speed it up .. my customers are in a hurry you know ..!! so far so good I will be shopping there again ...  
 
Now I am little stumped ..After I went through this whole process of leaving a review .. I went and read some other reviews of directcanada.com ..  
now I am not the smartest tool in the shed .. but how would it be that the last line in two different users reviews at two different times would be identically misspelled ?? Silverhead52 something or other and Dcman ?? what gives ? which company is hiding the truth ???  
here is the line .. whats your opinion ??
