I'm not buying from here again unless I don't care that I might have to wait up to 3 weeks for my purchase. It has just happened for the second time in a row that some of my items took over a week before being shipped, even though they were marked on the site and in my order confirmation as being "in stock", because of a shipping delay from the manufacturer.
Here is what they said in their customer support e-mail: "our own stock was delayed in shipping to us". What?! How can your own stock be shipped to you? If it's your stock, it means it's in your warehouse. Not that it's ordered and is eventually going to be sent to you. Imagine if Future Shop said "Yes, we have it in stock!" and when you get there, and after you've paid, they say "what we really mean is it's on its way from the manufacturer and will be here some time next week."
What this company needs to do before I can feel safe buying from them again is to make a distinction, on the site, between "not in stock", "in stock", and "more coming soon". Amazon flags each item as "ships in 1-2 days" or "ships in 1-3 weeks" depending on if they actually have it in their hands or not.
(A less important thing is that it would be nice if there were more meaningful filters for items, for example, allow me to look at all motherboards that have on-board video, or all motherboards with socket 7, or show me all DDR3 ram.)
