Worst shipping department for this order; I paid for air shipping, the items was in stock and is not shipped 1 week after I placed my order... I've been one of their customer for three years now and with this issue I'm not sure i'll be doing buisness again.

If you know what you want this is one of the best places to get a good price, fast shipping and low cost if you stick to the $9.99 air qualified items. I've ordered several times and have been happy every time. I can't address return policy or service though, I haven't had to use them. Like I said if your sure you want something this is a good source.

Very good communication through email and unbeatable prices on almost all items i have purchased from the site. I had a soundcard in my hands from B.C. to N.S. in 2 days. WOW. They mean same day shipping. Very satisfied customer, why shop anywhere else!

Direct Canada is the best company I've dealt with period. I have bought stuff from Tigerdirect.ca, Nicx.ca and some others.  
 
This time though, I'm utterly impressed with the service. Secure transaction with telephone verification. There was a special too with the shipping so I ordered something in the morning and the VERY NEXT DAY, I got it at 10:30 am.  
 
The prices are exceptionnaly good too. Anyway, if you must buy online from a company and you're in canada, please order from directcanada.com, it's AWESOME.

Pro - One of the few places I was able to find the new WD Passport Essential 1TB "in stock". Bonus was it was reasonably priced.  
CON - Shipping was appalling. It took two full weeks to travel from Vancouver to Toronto. Even the processing of this order took nearly four days. When it had not arrived by the estimated delivery date I called customer service, only to receive "enough attitude to run the country". Shipping was Canada Post (and not cheap) and I was told a trace would take 5 more days with no option of cancellation or refund until the end of the five days. That's not service by my book. Change your shipping options Direct Canada & your attitude!

This was the first time i had used direct canada and i was very pleased with it.. i ordered basically a whole computer from them and it arrived with in 2days of when i placed the order and was decently priced.
