I ordered two BP511 batteries, charger and two set of AA rechargeable batteries totalling $73.95 with free FedEx 2-Day shipping. Ordered on Friday afternoon and received it the following Tuesday at 11AM. A flawless ordering transaction. I hope the BP511 performs fine. Time will tell. Nice doing business with Sterlingtek.

Ordered 3 batteries for my Digital Rebel because of price. Opted for cheapest shipping which is USPS. Ordered on Friday morning, 5/14. They arrived on Mon morning, 5/17, via FedEx. Very satisfied with company and would certainly use them again.

This was my first order with SterlingTek and the experience was flawless. Good prices, low shipping cost, and good communications.

I placed an order for a BH-511 extra battery and a standalone charger for my Canon G2. Ordered at 3:00 pm on 4/6 $31.XX so I qualified for $8.95 2nd day FedEx. Received at 11:00 am on 4/7.

Found $62.00 worth of batteries and camera bag to purchase on their site, which entitled me to free Fedex 2nd day shipping. Got immediate confirmation on the 25th. Product arrived on the 27th. Fantastic battery prices. Don't know if they perform as well as the OEM batteries, but if they perform half as well, they're worth what I paid.

Ordered a equivalent Canon BP-511 battery....way cheaper than most other sources, even with $7 S and H. Everything arrived promptly and in good condition....haven't stressed the new battery, as the original Canon in my wife's Digital Rebel hasn't crapped out yet !

I found their prices to be very competitive, and their customer service responsive, but beware of deceptive (read: outdated) product descriptions. I purchased some digital camera batteries (Sony NP-FC11 equivalents) described as offering 19% more power (750mAh) than the Sony batteries, but in fact they are have 4% less power (Sony batteries have 780mAh). The fine print states that their comparisons are as of 10/03, and customer service responded that "The change in our products happens so often and there are some updates that need to be made to the site." However, I just checked the site again, and the deceptive claims are still there today (12/19/03). Beware, and get independent verification of product claims before ordering.

I ordered an AC adapter for my digital camera from these guys on eBay. The auction pictures a Fuji brand adapter, and claims in two places that it's a Fuji product, but they sent me a generic brand which is a different adapter style (wall wart).  
 
According to the service department (who replied three days later), this is their idea of a "clear" listing.

Initially I was not impressed with their site. But I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to provide me some technical aspects about the NB1-LH replacement battery for the Canon S400. They were very responsive and provided excellent service--not to mention good prices. As far as I can tell, I do not detect significant difference in the quality of the generic battery in comparison to the OEM battery. I plan to buy from them again for my extra battery needs. They also provide interesting newsletters with photography tips.

I ordered two canon bp511 batteries, placed order early monday morning ( like 3am ) - shipped monday and got them tuesday with 2 day shipping. Both work great, very happy, great people to deal with :)

Ordered two 3rd party BP-511's from them with FedEx shipping. Received order a day early. Couldn't be happier with the buying experience. Would definitely do business with them again.
