Placed an order for a video card on Sunday and received an email confirming this order. By Wednesday I received no email regarding the order shipping so I sent them an email. As of Thursday this email has gone unanswered so I called them. At this point they said the item was out of stock although their website still claims it's in stock. I promptly canceled my order and will not do business with them again. The least they could do is notify me or answer my email. Everything else I ordered on Sunday from other companies has arrived already.
Also, just found out.. They charged my credit card for the card too, yet it's not even in stock yet.. just great..
