Ordered 30GB harddrive 10-20. Showed as delivered 10-22. Six calls and 8 days pass before Office Depot's sorry customer service could even tell me who the carrier was. Turns out carrier claims drive was signed for, but after investigation, determined that I had not received the drive, and sent a loss claim to OD. 24 hours later, another call to customer no-service. Now I am waiting for them to check with the carrier. Still waiting for a drive as of 11-05. Do not order delivery from Office Depot! If you want to buy anything, select in-store pickup!
