After shopping Office Depot retail locations for years, I ran across a product that they had online that wasn't offered at my local store. The pricing was great, the free shipping was awesome, and my order arrived in perfect condition! I enjoy shopping at Office Depot retail locations, and will now definitely shop their website more often! I highly recommend them!  

Ordered an office chair at a highly discounted price and selected in-store pickup to save on shipping. Pickup at store was very easy.

My favorite place for office supplies. Excellent product selection, fast delivery the next day. Love that they always have coupons and free gifts.

I came upon this site and the reviews of Office Depot by accident. I had just ordered a laptop from them and was looking for something else. Anyway, after reading the reviews I was really upset and paranoid that I would not receive my order. I just thought I would let you know that I received my order. I didn't receive it next day because I ordered on a Sun. and then Mon. was a holiday. Anyway, the only problem I had was not with Office Depot, but UPS. I had at one point contacted the online customer service and they were very helpful. Just to let you know that I would order from Office Depot again.

No problems whatsoever. Prompt shipment. Only problem is that the receipt/invoice is faxed. Good customer rep.

I searched for several months for the laptop I finally settled on. I've shopped at Office Depot in the past but never online. I'm only too tickled with my laptop, no problems with it what so ever. The order process was straight forward, self explanitory even. Very simple process, shipping was fast and affordable. The one thing that was almost a "deal breaker" was the rebate. I don't do rebates. I hate them. You almost never get them, they take forever, manufacturers love for you to forget about them, I myself when it comes to filling them out and jumping through all the hoops to get them submitted I'm just not dedicated enough and half the time never follow through. Then when I do take the time and go through the motions to get my rebates, I'm screwed out of them 65% of the time. So... when I got my rebate within a couple WEEKS I was floored! This has got to be a mistake lol, needless to say I will gladly look to Office Depot again in the future for electronics needs. This was an excellent experience for me.

This started out as a negative review but after talking to a customer service Manager, Marlon Dawkins, I've chaged the review to excellent. He politely, professionally resolved my complaint. I appreciate a company that employs people that are customer service oriented. Thanks again. Mr Dawkins.

I buy all my office supplies from them online. They have very fast shipping and great prices. The key is to use online coupons for free shipping and discounts. I can get at least 25% off of my order every time. :-) What was a regular priced item is now a steal!

Awesome customer service!!! This time it was a laptop but I'm not talking about a one time, got lucky story. Whenever I bought something from OfficeDepot and had some problems due to manufacturer or supplier, OfficeDepot took full responsibility and solved my problem. Giving so much value to customer satisfaction plainly shows me how BIG this company is. They really mean business, a continued business with full satisfaction guaranteed everytime.

This is the second time I've ordered furniture from these people, and both times, the item has arrived the next day, as advertised. They're definitely a good source for decent-quality inexpensive office furniture.

What an excellent company! I live about 34 miles away from the nearest OfficeDepot so I usually like to order online... Almost everything I buy ships in 3 days or less! Sometimes it even arrives NEXT-DAY! Excellent... VERY SATISFIED

Ordered only twice from them and received everything I ordered.Shipping was slow the first time, but fast the second.

Ordered a Sentry waterproof / fireproof lockbox, with a 10% off online coupon it came up to the best price shipped. Shipping was free too, for such a heavy item. Received the item in 2 days. No complaints here.
