Got my goods quickly. Order was complete, and packed carefully. I liked it that they didn't inflate the package with a lot of unnecessary and wasteful packaging. Plus I got a cool keychain with bottle opener and flashlight features.

I was very pleased with my experience buying a rack from Rack Attack. Their online site was easy to navigate. Their prices were reasonable. Their delivery was quick. The experience is was what I wish all online shopping would be.

I'm extremely satsified with my purchase experience from Rack Attack. Not only did they have the best price on the item I ordered (Thule 954 Ridgeline bike rack), I placed the order on a Sunday and received an email later in the day indicating that the order had been filled and shipped. Great turnaround time, and great price. I'd shop there again.  

I ordered a thule roof rack for my pickup. First online, then using their 1 800 number. The first salesperson I spoke with took an order. Next day another salesperson called me and told me I had ordered the wrong rack for my particular truck. I appreciated the call, and ordered the right rack. Well it's been over 3 weeks, and still no rack. I appreciate the offer of free delivery, but one of the reasons I chose this retailer was the fact they're in Vancouver and the shipping should be one week or so. When I emailed about the delay, they answered that my rack was being shipped directly from Thule and would arrive shortly. That was over a week ago. Where is Thule, in Sweden???? I'm supposed to go on a trip in a couple of days and need the rack. Oh well, that's what I get for living in northern B.C.

Very simple to place my order on line. Excellent response time. Fast shipping time and the best part was free shipping.

Waited 2 weeks for roof box. Didn't receive in time for my vacation! Called cust service, they didn't seem to care and basically said "poop happens, what do you want me to do about it?".

I am absolutely astonished at the fast and efficient service Rack Attack provided in getting my Yakima Big Stack to me - literally in 4 days. I placed my order early on the 22nd and within about 2 hours (maybe less?) I got a confrimation that the item had been shipped!!! All items arrived well in advance of a week's vacation where and when I had planned to use the racks for my boats. No problems. Everything intact and as ordered. I plan to purchase some other items through Rack Attack within the next few weeks - partly because of the availability of Yakima rack systems - but most definitely because of the fast delivery time and ease of ordering.I have many friends who are outdoor enthusiasts and need what Rack Attack can provide. I will definitely let them know this is where they need to shop. I am a customer for life!!
