Excellent experience with this store. After placing the order, I was contacted the same afternoon by one of their friendly folks to correct an error I had made in selecting a part. The order shipped right away, and I received it in perfect condition sooner than I expected. The price was also excellent.

I called the main # after having a question that the website could not answer and I needed assurance of next day delivery on my order. The person who answered the main # told me to call their Boston location to insure next day delivery, which I did and everything was delivered on time.

Great experience shopping online with Rack Attack! Rack Attack has a very straight forward website, clear prices and shipping policies. My Rack Attack order shipped within 24 hours. Shipping destination was an APO in Germany, so it took a while to arrive, but no longer than expected or is standard for an APO overseas. Package arrived it good shape without damage. Thank you for a great experience.

I spent around $700 for a hitch, rack and installation. When I bought the hitch they told me it would only take an hour to install and it took 3hrs. When I asked them to honor an Eastern Mountain Sports discount on the bike rack they said they couldn't do it after the fact and would charge me a "restock fee" for returning the rack on the same day (they had it in stock already). There was a $65 difference between theirs and Eastern Mountain Sports offer. Also charged me for installing the rack without telling me there's a charge. I'm honestly disappointed in the way I was treated as a customer. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them. This was the Boston store.

We found Rack Attack when we searched for Thule racks on youtube.com. Rack Attack had an installation video there that was excellent and gave us the confidence that Thule racks would be easy to install.  
 
Rack Attack's website was easy to use and told us exactly what we needed for our car when we put in the year, make, and model. The website has good shipping information with a map saying how long it takes to receive the item based on where you live. For us, it said two days and everything, exactly as ordered, arrived in two days.  
 
I watched the Rack Attack video to augment the written instructions from Thule during the install process. The install went very smoothly.  
 
We are very happy customers. We're happy with the Thules and with Rack Attack.

All the parts were received and in excellent condition although the instructions that Thule provided were subpar in that it was not even designed for my car. The fit kit showed instructions for a Ford car that didn't match the measurements of mine at all.

Placed an order with a different web rack seller who did not have the fit kit in stock. Waited 4 days and they thought it was coming in, maybe that day, maybe the next day. Waited 2 days, still no fit kit. Called them up and got the same runaround.  
Canceled the order and placed my order with RackAttack and had the rack and fit kit 3 days later. Definitely much better response, and they price matched a lower priced rack seller (who also did not have the fit kit).

These guys are GREAT, Placed my order on Tuesday had it on Wednesday. I purchased the Thule 450 Crossroad w/ free shipping. Never thought I would have it that fast. Also received personal call to see if I had all necessary parts. I would RECOMMEND Rack Attack any time.

Very fast delivery. They didn't have the Yakima part that I had ordered in stock, but the store called to clarify and they substituted an equivalent part (although higher cost). The order still shipped the next day and arrived the day after that (and we live in the middle of nowhere). Thanks for the quick and professional service.

Ordered Thule racks for Honda Civic. I was able to fit and compare different manufacturers for my car before making order. Most outstanding I received an E-Mail before my order went out asking if I needed an item that was already included! Shipment came well packed in original cartons and now that it has stopped raining I'm about to assemble on my car.

Excellent, as cheap as racks get, shipping is free and very very fast plus the sales people know their stuff. What more can one ask for

I have had both a positive and a negative interaction with Rack Attack.  
 
Rack Attack is my local Yakima dealer. Needing a rack system, I went online to see which parts I needed and promptly ordered a half pair of lowriders. The next day, I received a phone call from Rack Attack stating that they had sold out of this item and would no longer carry it as it had been discontinued. I am confused as to why they would even list this item if this were the case.  
 
Shortly after, I received this item, having ordered it from Backcountry Rack. I was having problems transferring my core locks from my old Q towers to the lowriders without the blank key and Rack Attack happily did it for me. They also helped me loosen up a seized Q tower.  

Got my goods quickly. Order was complete, and packed carefully. I liked it that they didn't inflate the package with a lot of unnecessary and wasteful packaging. Plus I got a cool keychain with bottle opener and flashlight features.
