Even provided Mfg & part# for correct hitch for car dealer when I called them. Rack is great. Definitely recommend Rack Attack.

I ordered a Yakima rack via phone order after reviewing their website and received confirmation via email that it would be processed and shipped. They did not mention the product was out of stock. However, 3 days later, they wrote to me indicating so and there now was a delay. After calling them, they were unwilling to acknowledge error or make any adjustment. Upon writing to them, I asked for overnight shipping and instead they did upgrade my shipping from ground to 3 day ground. The product did finally arrive and was fine.

I received my Thule Rack assembly within three days of ordering. That was really impressive. All of the parts were there, except the locks were not keyed alike. I sent the locks back as instructed and emailed RackAttack. They replied within two days via email and said they would be watching for the return package. Still waiting for the locks (only been a few days). I will update and order more merchandise once I see how the return/exchange is handled. Randy...Sacramento CA

Ordering from Rack Attack was by far the most pleasurable online ordering experience I have had in a long time. After becoming quite frustrated when trying to find racks on other websites to fit my vehicle, I was greatly relieved to find that information on the Rack Attack site. I answered a few questions about my vehicle and up popped all the parts and specifications that I needed to order racks. I compared Rack Attack's prices with other competitors and found them to be competitive with other companies. There was no charge for shipping, which is a great plus, but on top of that, the packages came within days. Instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the Yakima racks and Thule bag are excellent. I do a lot of online purchasing and wish that other online stores would follow Rack Attack's lead.

My recent purchase from Rack Attack arrived a day early. The price was great, the online order system was easy to follow, and they even double checked my order. Great service and price.

Ordered a Yakima rack system for canoe transport. Order had five components. Order arrived speedily but two of the five items were the wrong parts although the shipping list was correct. Stocking error. A call to Bryan fixed the matter immediately and the correct parts were received forthwith. I can overlook a goof with such great equipment, pricing and responsive service. Very satisfied. George

I ordered a Thule hitch rack for my 2005 Jeep Liberty and when it arrived it would not fit the vehicle because of the rear-mounted tire. I had done the Thule vehicle fit on Rack Attacks website and it said I was in the clear.  
 
I called Rack Attack and spoke with John in customer service, who told me I was out of luck, as there is a warning on their website. I looked for said warning, couldn't find one, and called John back.  
 
John was a little annoyed, and I got a huge amount of attitude about wanting to return the rack. "Now we are going to have to call the Portland store and tell them all of this," was what John said, as if I was an inconvenience to him. Well, I'm never inconveniencing them with my money again.  
 
Needless to say, I've had better experiences... such as the dentist or a colonoscopy.  
 
Update- Received a call from Scott at the Portland store. He was very helpful and hooked me up with the hitch extension I needed for the rack. I wasn't thrilled to have to spend an additional $50 for the rack to work, but the call redeemed Rack Attack as a company, and I can recommend them in good conscience. All of them except for John, that is.

All I can is that the service was great Ordered it on thursday evening and recevier it the following tuesday. I hvenen't used it yet but other people that have the same one say it's very good.I plan on useing it this weekend and looking at it I should have no trouble at all....Rich

Excellent service and great to work with. I had a problem, quality issue, with the Thule T2 and the folks at Rack Attack took the information and passed it on to Thule. The replacement parts arrived the following week. I placed my order on a Sunday and the rack arrived to N.C on Wednesday with free shipping!! Outstanding gentlemen!
