I ordered a Yakima roof rack system with BowDowns for two kayaks from Rack Attack. The complete order arrived in 4-5 days. Everything was in perfect shape. Assembly and installation took a while, but the instructions were thorough and all parts fit together as expected. The next step will be to transport the kayaks to the river and have some fun!!

I received my Thule Rack assembly within three days of ordering. That was really impressive. All of the parts were there, except the locks were not keyed alike. I sent the locks back as instructed and emailed RackAttack. They replied within two days via email and said they would be watching for the return package.
