I ordered from Gen-X-PC over a month ago. I eventually did get it. There were issues that should have been worked out in my opinion. Like shipping costs and insurance. I have my computer now and am happy with it. Gary says he didn't get the last 3 or 4 emails i sent him so that's why he didn't answer so i'll give him the benifit of the doubt. Good Luck all.

I have owned Dell's, HP's, and a few IBM computers throughout my computing history. All of them have performed satisfactorily while I had them, but none of them have been, what I would call, a fantastic computer. A few months ago I decided to give the Sager brand a try, given their great reviews and great performance-to-cost ratio. I looked around on the web and found that if I were to get a barebones system then I could save close to a thousand dollars. I opted for Gen-x-pc.com and bought the 5960ke. I did have to wait a few weeks for the computer to arrive, but that is no fault of gen-x, but rather the manufacturer in Taiwan who had underestimated the demand.  
 
I have enjoyed my new computer immensely. It is the most powerful computer that I have ever owned. It has a huge 20" screen, no dead or stuck pixels, a blazing fast tl-64 CPU, two 100gig, 7200rpm HDs, and one 7950gtx video card. I couldn't be happier with the service from gen-x and will defintely buy from them once this computer runs it's course.

Horrible. Waited a month and a half and never got anything. Then I called again and had to wait another 4-6 weeks, so I got a refund. There goes my college year. If you got a lot of time and just need a laptop for fun then go with them, but if you NEED a laptop then dont. At least they did give me a refund.

This company has really good prices and alot of good products. The only think that i dont really like about this company is that they screwed up my shipping a bit and i have to wait 3 weeks for the laptop to come.

everything was satisfied. smooth transactions. save taxes. The second extra hard-drive was a disappointment. I thought that there is a second slot for the second hard-drive. they should have indicated that there are no slots for a second hard-drive or at least not give the option for 2nd hard-drive in the customize menu.

High quality product, fast service, delivery as expected.  
Highly recomended for business.

I have no comments to make at this time. The computer works well and the service people at Gen-X PC did a good job on handling any requests I had for information.

The ASUS Laptop i bought from this GEN-X-PC really rocks...i like the configuration and a good worthy product i have bought first in my life.. i actually went into a Big fuss of getting a good laptop atlast i end here getting a good laptop @ the cost i expected..Thanks and expecting your full support in future

Excellent buying experience! No doubt the BEST prices too, believe me; I shop Meta data for the best prices. I bought a LOADED $3,200 dual SLI Clevo laptop, and I STILL love it, no problems whatsoever. Gary P. was a very professional sales person. I received my PC on-time as promised and just as I spec'd it; Gen-X-PC sales kept me informed of my order status via e-mail daily. Overall, I thought this was an outstanding, perfect experience, certainly above and beyond my on-line purchasing expectations to date. Robin L. of Gen-X-PC.com is also quite dedicated at ensuring solid and complete customer satisfaction with follow-up e-mails.  
Additionally, I like the thorough, accurate and informative links to helpful information regarding today's bleeding edged technology provided throughout the Gen-X-PC website. The forums are a genuine excellent alternative resource for the newbie or discerning PC / gamer enthusiast; early adopters put your 2 cents in!  
One more thing, you can affordably customize/personalize your P.C. configuration with a huge assortment of custom painted colors to choose from, vinyl wraps are also available upon request!! I love Gen-X-PC.com !!!
