Wow. Just like all the other reviews posted below, I ordered a bunch of stuff from kleargear.com, credit card was charged, and items never shipped. It's been over a month and nothing. Multiple Calls and emails go unanswered. Biggest scam site ever. It's in the hands of my credit card company's fraud dept so at least I'll get my credit back though their fraud protection program. I filed a complaint with the BBB, as many of you have done just for good measure. Maybe if there are enough recorded complaints these crooks will be shut down for good. So in short: STAY AWAY! FAR FAR AWAY!!!

I ordered merchandise, was charged, but the order has never come AND I have had numerous emails and phone calls (which always go to voice mail) go unanswered. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and WILL get my money refunded.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Total rip-off!

i ordered this product a month ago and havent received it yet. i have been charged for it on january 21 and it is now february 21! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on Jan 21, 2008 for 2 small electronic devices costing me a total of $35.93. I received a confirmation email from Kleargear clearly confirming my order and a delivery of 5-10 days. It also stated that credit cards will not be charged until the order has been filled. My card was charged the full amount the next day. After 10 business day, I had not received my order or any communication from the company. They do not provide a tracking number because according to their website, their warehouse is being relocated and their tracking services are down. I sent an emal to the email addresses included in the confirmation email requesting confirmation that the order has been shipped. I have since sent 4 more emails cc'ing other address that I've found on the website. These are prioritycare@kleargear.com, CustomerService@kleargear.com, and OrderStatus@KlearGear.com. I have also called them several times at the posted number for customer service 1-888-KLEARGEAR, always receiveing a recording instructing me to leave my name and number and number so someone can call me back. As of today, FEB 15 2008, I have not received ANY form of correspondence from them. I found ResellerRatings.com while trying to research the company and I now see from everyone's posts that the company will never contact me or ship my order. I have reported this to my credit card company and they will most likely be crediting my account and taking the matter up with KlearGear's bank. This is the first time in my 30 year young life that this sort of thing has happened to me. I'm fortunate enough that the cost was relatively small. I will continue to report KlearGear (Egghead Enterprises according to my credit card statement)to help prevent anyone else from falling victim to this so called company. Just like everyone below me, I ordered a gift on December 8th. I paid around $100 with RUSH shipping charges. I have not received the item and today is December 19th. No one answers the phone or returns emails. I have received the same canned email three times. It says nothing more than "your item shipped".
I have seen several people complain about their lack of tracking information and I saw that it has been unavailable since early Novemner. I believe I have no further options then to call my credit card company and have them reverse the charge, call the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of Texas. I have started copying the President of KlearGear on all emails to Customer Service. His name is William Bermender and his email is William.Bermender@Havaco.com. I ordered my item the day after Thanksgiving of this year and I have not received anything yet. It is now the 17th of December. I'm out 30 dollars and a Christmas gift. They may look legitimate, but they aren't. DON'T BUY FROM THEM. After numerous e-mails and customer support calls, I have not received one e-mail and the telephone system says that all customer service reps are busy and to leave a message with contact information and that they will call back shortly, no calls as you might guess. This is outright criminal and I'm taking the next step and reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, I don't want others being taken advantage of like I was.

I am totally disgusted with Kleargear. I ordered birthday and Christmas gifts from them on 11/6/2007. They were supposed to arrive within 5-10 business days. After three weeks with no delivery I tried to use their shipment tracking webpage which was down then and has been ever since. I have called the company 4 times, each time not getting ahold of a person but being told to leave a message for a customer service rep who would return my call. No one has returned a single call. I also sent two emails during that time to Kleargear, neither of which have been responded to either. They charged my credit card the day of the order, so now, over a month later, I have to file a dispute with my credit card company and buy new presents.

After placing my order money was promptly removed from my bank account but I have yet to receive any merchandise. When I tried to check on my order status I was redirected to a page that began with "Our Order Status system will be unavailable during the relocation of our warehouse..." and said it would be back on line by 9 November. After 9 November they changed the date to 21 November and then to 28 November and finally 5 December. I am beginning to wonder if the whole site is just a scam to take our money. I have made numerous attempts to contact KlearGear by both phone and email but have been unable to contact them and they do not return my calls or acknowledge my emails. I am at a loss as to what to do at this point. I am out close to $150 and will probably have to purchase new items elsewhere as these were to be Christmas gifts.

NEVER order from this online store. I made a purchase for 17.94 on September 9th... my order had not shown up after 2 weeks so I called. I called more than 6 times, and I emailed them 5 times asking them the status of my order and there has been NO REPLY. They didnt charge my bank account until ONE MONTH later on October 9th. Still no products after the charged me. It is now November 19 and I finally get the product, after I left messages asking to Cancel it. I do not want to give my money to such irresponsible people. Now I have to see if I can get a response from them asking how to return the product...
Save yourself the headache and never purchase from these people.

I returned a defective item (confirmed receipt) and did not receive a refund. I emailed them and got an automated response, but no follow up. I called them multiple times, but they do not answer their customer service phone so, I left FOUR separate messages. NO RESPONSE!
I got in touch with the Better Business Bureau who filed an official complaint - they did not respond to that either. After reading the reviews on this site, I believe these guys may be ripping many people off.
I will be escalating my case to the Attorney General!

I placed an order on 4 Dec with Kleargear.com. I was charged on the 6th of Dec. I ordered three things. Two were less than 3 dollars and the third item was a t-shirt. I rec'd the lower priced items, but I never received the t-shirt. I have sent several emails with nothing but an automated response for a reply, and have tried calling them several times. Every time their customer service is unavailable.
I've never had such a bad experience with purchasing online and I guess I should be thankful I wasn't ripped off for a lot of money, but they still need to be held accountable for ripping people off. Businesses can't continue to operate like this. I will never buy from them again, and you can bet I will discourage anyone I know from buying from them.

I'm another one that ordered from this company and never received anything from them. Requests to their customer service only gets an automated responce that they have received my e-mail and they will usually get back in 2 days but they never do.

Avoid this merchant. I tried to buy a presentation mouse from them that happened to have the name "fish". They shipped me a an ordinary wireless mouse with water & a floating plastic clown fish that doesn't work. Only response to my calls/emails is a form email saying they are too busy to deal with me.

Placed an order on the 15th of December, specified 3-day shipping, and never heard from them again. Got the same email form letter that everybody else seems to have gotten, which just says that my order was "on its way". Impossible to get a hold of somebody on the phone, or to get any response from them whatsoever. Thankfully, they never charged my credit card, so at least I don't have to worry about disputing charges. However, I just now put in my request to cancel the order, so I wouldn't be surprised to see the charge mysteriously appear soon... This review was modified by its author, xVladx, on

Awful and then some. Ordered my child's Xmas gift, candy machine on Dec. 7. Charged on Dec 11. Shipping was supposed to be next day. Like others, my phone calls went right to a machine. E mails were mostly ignored then finally got form letter responses. They wanted me to feel bad because they were busy during the holiday and said they would only reply once to any email a customer sends. They finally said it was shipped, I would receive it Saturday before Xmas and still didn't arrive until a week later on Dec 27 AFTER Xmas. They lied and refused to even give a tracking number. Machine was totally defective, new sets of batteries be darned. No noise, nothing. I don't think it was an oversight,either. Invoice had giant number 5150 written in ink across the center. I guess they thought they were smart, as if I didn't know what they were saying. If I am crazy for hounding them,writing daily, so be it. They were ripping me off. They were legally supposed to cancel the order when I requested it, since it didn't ship. Now, I wait to see if they will credit me with a rufund and the extra it cost to return the junk. My bank had to put a fraud hold on my card because they cannot be trusted just yet in a dispute. They are going to pay me (Visa)and chase Kleargear. I hope this all puts them out of business. I cannot believe Shopzilla has them listed as an option. It is the worst customer service I have encountered. Kleargear, own up and make things right with the people that trusted you. You made for an awfully marred holiday here.
