Ordered 4 small items, never rec'd a shipping confirmation or items, and THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THIS SELLER! They have removed their email address and customer service info from their website. I called and rec'd a recording that they aren't taking any calls, so use their online customer service (WHICH IS NON-EXISTANT). SUPER SCAM!

I to have been ripped off $170. Australian by kleargear.com.I have continually harrassed them for the goods I ordered & paid for by my wifes credit card,Now they dennie I was charged but our bank statement said otherwise. Company refuses to refund my money after not shipping the merchandise I have emailed over 20 times, called (you can only leave messages as they screen their calls). Filed a complaint with Paypal but 45 days was up. Filed complaint with BBB but they did not repsond to the BBB.

Unfortunately, the items I ordered were never delivered. I've tried contacting KlearGear about this--but after 8 days, 2 emails and 2 messages left on their automated phone system, I've been unable to speak to anyone or to receive any kind of response. I've resorted to filing a complaint with PayPal.
So far they haven't responded to that, either.

I never received merchandise. After emailing and calling several times with no response, I decided to report them to BBB. Luckily, my paypal payment was never processed by them and it expired so I'm not out any money. I also filed a complaint with Paypal about this company. Never received product a/o 29 Dec. Paid for rush shipping. Credit card was debited 16 Dec. Want to cancel, get my money back. Company is unresponsive via e-mail or telephone. Customer Service is always busy. According to their on-line policy, I won't receive a refund. Would never, never, never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT BUY ANYTING FROM KLEARGEAR. I'm not sure the company exists.

Ordered twice from this store. First time with credit card I was charged and now am disputing that charge b/c I did not receive the item.
The second time ( before I realized my discover card was charged) I ordered again but used paypal as payment. This time it took a while but I filed a dispute which then held all their paypal funds until they provided proof of shipment. Technically I forced their hand so my advice to you is this
if u want something , use paypal. u must REALLY want it otherwise just don't bother with this company b/c communication is impossible and i personally do feel like their a company out to scam.

I agree with the many who say this company SUCKS! And I wish I would have been a smart consumer and checked before I ordered from them. I can echo everything people before me have said - they charged my credit card, told me 10 days shipping - I have not received my merchandise - I have called and emailed - 3 different addresses! And I have yet to reach a person live - it goes to voice mail. I cannot get my money back because it's less than $50 - this company is a SCAM and should be shut down! Please, please if you agree get on the Better Business Bureau website and enter a complaint against this company. I did. It's the only way to stop them scamming other innocent people!

Kleargear.com charged my credit card but didn't ship my item. It has been 5 weeks, much longer than the 10 days they promised. They do not answer e-mails. Phone calls go to an answering machine and they don't reply.
My order was less then $50 so I can't "dispute" the charge with my credit card company.
DON'T BUY FROM KLEARGEAR.com!!!

WOW - I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this "merchant". I ordered a set of printed circuit board drink coasters and never received them. I have left NUMEROUS emails and voice mails asking for a refund to my account to no avail. THEY TOTALLY SUCK-STAY AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS. I also logged a formal complaint with the local BBB, but big deal, I'm still out the $26.

I ordered two tshirts from KlearGear in July 2008 and never received them. I called their customer service number 4 times and sent 3 emails and never received a reply from them. This company is bad news. They are taking money from consumers and relying upon people to just give up on trying to get their purchases. I finally got my credit card company to reverse the charges and reported them to the virtually useless Better Business Bureau. I will NEVER do business with them again.

AVOID THIS MERCHANT.
My experience mirrors the others listed here. IMO these people are criminals, but only steal small amounts of money to stay below the radar. I ordered $56.36 worth of items and they billed through PayPal $80.17. They shipped $23.98 worth of goods and sent receipts indicating more was shipped than actually were. So basically, I paid $80 for two tee shirts. I have left numerous messages, sent numerous emails, sent snail mail and all go unanswered. They lie about when things ship, and their account cannot be contested by PayPal. I wish I had used a credit card so I could protest that way. I have never been treated so shabbily ordering items from the internet, and I have ordered thousands of things.
AVOID THIS MERCHANT.

Like all your other customers I never received my fish mouse ordered last month. I have left numerous phone calls & you always get an answer mach. & never a return call. I am sure they went out of business & stold everyones money.
I will report to better business bureau. I feel for those that had large monetary losses.
