Would not hesitate to do business again. My camera was shipped without the kit lens that was supposed to come with it. I called, and had the lens in 2 days. Very satisfied with the price and service.

I ordered a Canon 5D, extra battery, and a 24-105mm Canon lens. It all came right on time and when I called Blue Stripe to ask about rebate information, I got to speak with the Sales Manager and he promptly sent me an email link to all the rebate info I could ask for. I was a little worried at first about the low prices because usually I would find some dirt on those companies rather quickly - but the reviews were good and I decided to trust. I'm glad I did!

My order was delivered promptly, but 1 item of the starter package was not included. After one phone call I received the item in a day. When errors are made they should be handled the way your service dept handled it. I am extremely satisfied with my expierience.

Very positive experience with Blue Stripe Photo. I ordered the Canon Digital Rebel XT body only which was shipped when promised and actually arrived 3 days sooner than I expected. I will definitely continue ordering from BlueStripe and have already recommended them to others.

I ordered a Canon 30D from from BlueStripePhoto through they web site. Sometime later, John called me to confirm my billing and shipping addresses. Once I confirmed the addresses, he wanted to know I need any accessories. I said No, I have everything I need. Thereafter, he mentioned that I have baught the same camera a few months back. I confirmed the purchase and said that I gifted the earlier camera to a friend. So, I needed a new camera now. At this point he told me that their company has a policy where they sell this camera only one per customer. This really annoyed me because -  
 
a) Such policies should be clearly noted down in their web site.  
b) I can't understand the rationale for such a policy (i.e. if any exists) as Canon is promoting this camera with all thier might.  
 
So, I am really dissapointed with BlueStripe and this is the last time I will buy anything from them. I was planning to buy a couple of more Canon L-class lenses, I will not give business to these guys. Sorry, BlueStripe you just blew it big time.

It was a nerve-racking experience, but in the end, Blue Stripe Photo delivered what I expected on time. For several weeks I had researched places, both online and offline, to buy a Canon 30D body and a couple lenses. Finally, I decided to take a chance and see what happened. I was extremely nervous, but felt confident I could buy a 30D online at a discounted price. Since I was leaving on a trip and waned the camera before I left, I placed my order on the phone and requested 2nd day delivery. It was a Wednesday and I needed it by Monday night, but knew there were no deliveries on the weekend. I spoke with Michael and he said everything was in stock and would be shipped that day. Michael was ok, but he asked me several times if I wanted to get a memory card also. I kept saying, “no thank you.” Finally, after asking me again and saying, “what, you think you can find it cheaper somewhere else?” I told him, “look you already asked me and I said no. Do you understand what that means? It means I do not want a memory card. Now, do you need any more information or not?” At this point, I was starting to doubt if I was making a mistake. I continued with the order and hung up wondering if I should have just paid the extra money and gotten the camera from a local store.  
 
Since I was so nervous, a few hours later I called back to make sure it was going to be shipped that day and talked to someone else (I forget his name). The guy told me no, it would probably ship tomorrow. Well, that was cutting it close since I was leaving and I told him this. No problem, he said, they would upgrade the shipping to 1st day air. Then I asked where the package was going to make sure they had the right address. Nope, wrong address. My address is 2635 ********* #9 and they had 265 ******** #9 and my name spelled wrong also. He corrected my name and address and then asked my why I hadn’t bought a memory card. Now I was even more nervous, but I figured I could call at the last minute and cancel the order if it wasn’t mailed on time.  
 
The next day, I called and spoke to Michael again. He said the package hadn’t been mailed, but should be mailed that day. I asked if it had been upgraded to overnight air and he said, “No, it hadn’t.” Well, now I’m nervous, but I figure I can still cancel at the last minute if need be. Later that day, I called and got a UPS tracking number, but when I tried to track the package to see if it had left yet, there was no record for it. I called UPS and the woman said a pick up may have been requested, but that could be anytime in the next few days. Now, i'm very nervous, but trying to have faith and wait until the last minute.  
 
The next day I woke up and tried the tracking number. I saw that it had made it to Colorado and was already out for delivery. I received my package at 10:30 AM Friday morning with everything I expected. I even had the weekend to play with my new camera and get used to it. I took the camera on my trip and got some great pictures.  
 
Overall, the process added a bunch of stress, but most of that was because of my deadline and me not sure if Blue Stripe Photo was reputable or not.  
 
Was it worth it? Since I had the time to deal with it, yes. All said and done, I saved between $400 to $500 dollars. Will I order from them again? YES, Definitely! I am actually placing an order for another lens this week.  
 
Also, I did find a memory card for about 30% of the Blue Stripe Photo price (after rebate) before I left for my trip. So, yes Michael, I do think I can find a better price.

Purchased a new Canon 30D Body Only Kit with CANON USA 1-yr warrantee, battery + charger, driver, photo software, strap, eye cup, digital and paper manuals, etc. The total including shipping was $1219.79, which actually was *the* lowest price on the internet from a legitimate shop selling mfr warranteed products. I called Blue Stripe Photo, placed my order with John, and 10 days later (NY -> CA) the camera arrived, perfect, exactly as advertised, and with no bull. It was simply a wonderful and very professional buying experience. I HIGHLY recommend them to everyone who wants the same professional treatment.  
 
Before I found BSP, I spent 5 days of internet research and failed 4 attempts to purchase this camera body from internet scammer stores who advertised ridiculously low prices with strong-arm upsells and gray-market non-warranteed products, but who refused to sell the 30D body at their advertised prices, claiming that they had the 30D $2,500+ kits (with unknown branded lenses and *way* overpriced accessories), but that the 30D body-only was out of stock with no known date for restocking. Do yourself a huge favor and steer clear of the scammer shops who will lie to you without conscience.  
 
My advice is simple, call Blue Stipe Photo, rated 10/10 on ResellerRatings, and for very good reason.

Was a little worried ordering from a place I never heard of. They had the best price for the Nikon D50 when local places and other "name" e-tailers didn't even have any in stock. I decided to trust the good rating on resellerratings and am thrilled I did.  
 
I ordered over the phone to confirm they had it in stock. They offered some accessories at greatly reduced prices; I took them up on one of them but they easily took no for an answer on the others - no hard sell. They shipped it that day and by late that evening UPS tracking showed it was already at my local UPS center and it was delivered the next day.  
 
Couldn't have asked for a better deal or a better shopping experience. They are now at the top of my list of first places to check for photo equipment.

Wow, talk about fast shipping. Ordered on line Tuesday night, they called to confirm order Wednesday at 1pm, ordered shipped at 3:30, ordered arrived Thursday before 12pm. Very pleased with order and site. Used regular shipping. Everything packaged well and no damage. I would recommend this site for anyone looking for camera supplies.

So i bought a camera that was supposed to be shipped before the weekend but it was delivered to the wrong address. I called UPS and asked where is my package and they said that Blue Stripe Photo called and did an address change. i was really mad because they had my correct address in the first place. So then it was sent back to BSP. Of course when i found this out on Saturday, their stupid store was closed. And then i called on Sunday because they said it was open and called CS, it ran for a long time (probably on the phone for 40 mins waiting for someone to pick up but no one did) i called back on the main phone number and talked to an BSP representitive and they told me that their CS was closed on Sunday (but didn't say anything about that on the automated message system. Since i wrote such a bad review before they BRIBED me to change my review by giving me a free SD Card (only 256mb that they say cost $40 but we all know its not that much, especially for a no name brand). I was going to raise their review a lil more but they forgot to add my 5 year warrenty to my order (wow, should i be surprised?) so now i'm guessing that most of the reviews on this site are from "bribs" if something went bad. Hmmmm... makes you wonder.

I checked my online statement and it says I have been charged $60 from an associated company w/ BSP. I called and asked why I was charged for $60 (no way should a no name brand slow 256 can be worth $60) and I demanded a refund. They said they are going to charge me for the card since I didn't change my review. I would think since its my opinion of that company and why should I change it if it has bad customer service

I was hesitant of using this site because there are so many "scam artists" in this business now days. Fortunately I decided to trust BizRite and went ahead and ordered Nikon D70s. I found shopping with this company is an absolutely pleasurable experience. Simple. Efficient. Honest. Fast. Price is great. Will do business with them again. Thanks.
