Although I have already had a couple of very satisfactory transactions with this company they have raised the bar a little more with my latest purchase. I recently won an auction with them through Ebay for three Minolta rangefinder cameras. I won all three cameras for an average price of what one camera might go for.  
 
When the package arrived today I was pleasantly surprised to find that there were four cameras with a note explaining that the forth camera was just a bonus.  
 
After all that I have read about KEH and using them a couple of times I thought that they couldn't make me any happier or dedicated, guess I was wrong. ;o)  
 
All the cameras are in great shape (for 30 year old cameras) and came well packaged and arrived when expected.

Ordered several used Nikon parts (lens, motor drive, filters) rated between bargin and excellent+. The prices were fair for the ratings, shipping charge was within $2 of actual cost, and everything shipped within a day or so. When the items arrived, it was apparent that everything had been under-graded by about one level. The bargin pieces were identifiably used, but only BARELY. The excellent pieces were, as near as I could tell, never used at all - no dust, no scratches, no wear. The excellent+ item was completely indistinguishable from brand new in the box. This is the 3rd time I've ordered from KEH, but the first time I've bought used equipment. It won't be the last.

i am VERY impressed with the integity of this company.  
i sent my old 35mm film equipment to these folks. we had had an online appraisal of my eqipment. one of the cameras was pretty beat up and i did not expect much for it. the other and 3 lens i had were pristine. i rated them at like new, minus. after their evaluation i found out that my 3 gorgeous lens had a little fungus in them making them unacceptable. my camera body , however , was upgraded to, like new- plus. i decided to take it all back which they sent at their expense. when i asked about how much they would give me for the lens i was told ''not interested''.  
what i'm saying is keh could easily bought these lens at a much lower price than quoted and sold them. their integity prohibited them from doing this though.  
i was VERY impressed. these guys are PROs.  

KEH Camera Brokers restore my faith in internet transactions. Had the best deal going on a Canon 2.8L lense so I expected the hard sell of accessories or the "gee we are out of stock" phone call days later after I placed my order on Friday the 6th of May at 1:30pm. Instead I got 5 ways to ship it in the next 5 minutes and had it in my hands at 10:30am on Monday, May 9th. Great job guys! You are the best kept secret on the internet!

Ordered a used light meter (Minolta 4F) from them. Great price, great service too. Shipping is about average.

I have ordered several items over the last few months. while their prices are not the lowest, I am always confident that the goods will be as rated, or better, and that their customer service is outstanding.  
 
If I want a used item, KEH is my port of call. Highly recommended.

I didn't actually purchase a product but I did sell some equipment. They contacted me about 1 week after they received the product. The final price was actually a little more than the original quote for the items. I'm quite happy with this transaction.

When I first ordered a Sigma 170-500mm lens from KEH, everything seemed fine. The sales rep was friendly adn took all of my information quickly. I ordered the lens overnight for delivery on a Friday because I desperately needed it for an event that weekend. The lens was shipped out as promised via Fedex overnight on Thursday. This is where Fedex gets slammed. They managed to lose track of my desperately needed package, and it did not arrive until Monday. Obviously this was too late for my event, so I had to purchase a lens locally to cover the event. I no longer needed the Sigma lens, so I called KEH to inform them that I needed to return it for a refund since I had already purchased another one. The sales rep was very nice and understanding and explained what I needed to do to effect the return. I followed his instructions and returned the package. Next, I called about getting my shipping refunded since Fedex lostthe package. After getting three different answers and two voice mail boxes in four different calls, I started to get discouraged. After the fourth rather stern call, someone finally did call me back. I tried to explain my situation, but all the guy did was ask me sarcastically :So, you used the lens and now want to return it?" I replied firmly that I had not used the lens because of the shipping screw up and just wanted my shipping fee refunded. The guy on the phone replied that they would take care of it and hung up on me. Not a way to keep a customer. I called earlier today to check on the status of my return as I always to to make sure everything was all right. The guy on the phone said that it takes at least five days after the return gets to them for it to even appear in the system. What do they do with them?? I then asked when the return might be completed and he said at least five to seven days after they get the return. For a company with such a stellar reputaion, they certainly have a terrible return procedure. It seems that once they have your money, you don't relly matter to them any more. "Customer no service" as that famous consumer warrior calls it. If you know what you want and can handle possible shipping delays, then KEH delivers the product that is described on their Web site. If you need to make a return, LOOK OUT!!!

I sold a Canon A2 SLR 35 mm camera and two lenses to KEH and I used their system to rate the equipment. After receiving the equipment , KEH phoned me a week later, and said that they agreed with my rating and would mail me a check for the equipment.  
 
Since, I had already decided to buy from them, a Bronica RF645 45 mm f4.0 lens and viewer with a portion of the money they paid for my equipment. The lens was rated as "Like New minus", when the lens arrived, two days later, the lens was as advertised.  
 
I am satisfied with both transactions and will, when needed, use KEH to buy or sell other equipment.

I ordered a Nikon prime lens. It arrived  
overnight via UPS next day air. The lens was  
well packed, and in great condition. KEH rated  
it 'ex' on their site, and I'd say it was at least  
that good. I'll be making future purchases from  
them.

I ordered camera and lens from Keh.com. They sent it me very promptly and everything works excellent. I am very satisfied. They do it OK.

Great service! I order a new Canon Elan 7 body and a used Leicameter. My salesman was Glenn Edwards who was extremely helpful and friendly. I received both items together for one shipping price and they arrived very fast, especiall considering I live in Saipan which is 12,000 miles from KEH. The camera was perfect, brand new with all warrentees, etc. The light meter was defective so I contacted Glenn. Glenn immediately accepted my description of the problem and promised to ship me a replacement meter at no cost. I can not say too many good things about KEH and Glenn Edwards, they will have all of my business from now on. I will recommend them to all of my friends and have confidence they will be satisfied.
