Very satisified with my experience. They confirmed the shipping address over the phone prior to shipping because it was not the one for the card I used. I knew the lens was out of stock when I ordered but it arrived before the date they estimated. Price was great without the discount but that made it better. Will buy from them again.

Ordered the Canon EF 24-70 f/2.8 L lens over the weekend. Order was confirmed and shipped on Monday, received on-time this Wednesday in perfect order. Item was significantly cheaper than purchasing through B&H or Adorama. Store called to confirm the order as well. Excellent customer service and execution - will look to them for future lens/camera needs.

Outstanding company. I have ordered numerous photographic cameras and lenses from Canoga and I have always enjoyed excellent service. They are, bar none the best photo store in business today in my opinion. Canoga ships the same day if ordered in a timely manner and the packing is excellent. (I,m finicky about my delicates lenses and camera bodies being shipped with little protection around the items.) Canoga also protects the buyer (consumer) by making follow-up calls to verify the authenticity of an order. (Not to make add-on sales like some NY stores.)I am truly a dedicated customer and will always look to Canoga first before making my purchases. Chris Chase, the manager, is a "stand-up guy." Kudos to the Canoga team.

I ordered a high end canon lens online.... 135mm L which they had in stock... later that day I received a call from them because my telephone number didn't match what credit card company had... i had to call credit card people and change the number.... (yes, they check to be sure you are legit).. Once that was taken care of I got the lens 2nd day air as ordered... I would say great service... It was my first order and their prices are very good.... Oh, and the lens works fine...

A pleasure to do business with Canoga Camera on a new Canon 135mm f2L. One of the very few people to have it in stock and the price was the best out there. This is my first purchase from Canoga and I will use them again for sure.

I have been dealing with Canoga Camera for at least 4 years. They are an excellent company. When you call, they treat you as if you are their only customer. On this order, I added instructions to the comment section requesting that they put my lens and filter in a plastic bag before packing it because we had been getting a lot of rain. I was happy when I opened my box and my order was in a plastic bag. The courier had just sat the box on my porch and it was damp on the bottom by the time I got home. Their prices are within pennies of a couple of the other major Internet camera stores. I have exchanged or returned things a couple of times and had no problems at all. Do not hesitate to buy from Canoga Camera.

These folks are the best. My last purchase was for an S610 Coolpix digital camera for my wife and the photos came out great. I especially liked the wide angle and the marvelous color of the photos. This was my second camera. I ordered a Sony HD video camera before. Both are excellent investments. You're sure to like their personal service in answering questions of any kind!

Ordered the Canon 50D. The price was about $100 below most other retailers. Paid for three day shipping, and it arrived one day early. The camera was well packed, and arrived in perfect condition. I plan on using Canoga Camera for all my future needs. I would recommend them to anyone.

This is my 5th purchase from Canoga. This time, I found the product that I was looking for at another retailer while doing a Google search at a lower retail. I immediately emailed Canoga, and the responded that it was no problem, they would match the price. Great people to deal with!!

I was looking for an alternative to the NYC photo stores for three reasons. One is that they didn't have a full complement of all the Canon L series lenses I wanted (availability). Two was price. Three was honesty. As you know, some are honest, and some aren't, but the honest ones are getting harder to find and deal with, especially in this economy. Canoga Camera was suggested on the Yahoo Canon forum, and I decided to give them a chance. I was astounded at their availability and price on their website, beating all of the NYC stores, and I decided to call them just to make sure, by inquiring about when the Canon 5D Mark II would come in. Again, I was astounded at how nice AND knowledgeable the salesguy was on the line. After he assured me everything was USA warranty (on their website-duh!), I immediately went back to the website and ordered four L series lenses and placed the Mark II camera on back order. They checked out my credit card thoroughly, because my billing and shipping addresses were different, and I don't blame them. Everything came in as spoken and advertised, and I am very happy with their advice, service, prices, billing, shipping and merchandise. It's like buying from a home town camera store but at bargain internet prices! Thank you, Chris, Kathy and Mikhail!

This was my first purchase from Canoga Camera and it won't be my last. I was very impressed with their product selection, prices and customer service. Being a first time buyer with them, they called to verify that I did in fact place the order with them. This showed that they were as concerned about fraud and theft as I am. My order arrived on time, packaged very well and had every item that I ordered.If your looking for camera equipment, look no further! You can't beat their price or service.

Forget those big NYC stores, Canoga Camera beats them in price and customer service. I have ordered from them on multiple occasions and every time have been happy with the process.  
 
I recently ordered a popular lens that is hardly kept in stock. They had the best price on the lens and had it in stock the day before I ordered. I spoke to Patrina and she said I could place the order and they would send it when they received another shipment, in around 7-10 days. To my surprise I received a call 2 days later telling me they received the shipment and it was going to be sent right out. I also spoke to Ghada who confirmed the ship date and was very pleasant. When the package arrived it was packed very well so that the lens wouldn't shift in transit. Unfortunately I live on the east coast so the shipping time took a bit longer, i wish they had an east coast store!  
 
Would I purchase from them again...in a heart beat!

Exceptional experience with Canoga, I placed my order for a Nikon D60 DSLR kit on May 22 and received it as promised on May 29 well packed and in perfect condition. The process was simple and their prices were competitive. I was contacted by customer service only to verify my order and at no time did she try and sell me any additional items.  
 
I will definitely order from them again and have no problem recommending Canoga Camera to others.

Excellent experience with Canoga. My order for the Canon 5D Mark II was placed on April 1 and the camera delivered on April 6. This was about my fifth order from Canoga, and each has been handled with a professional response. I have no problem recommending the company to others.

Just received my latest order from Canoga Camera. Katrina was most helpful and patient answering my questions on the phone. Kathy was quick to correct my shipping address error. My order was securely packaged and protected from possible shipping damage.  
All of my experiences with Canoga Camera have been positive.
