Fantastic Store. Quick shipment. Great price. Battery was not a Panasonic brand, but I already suspected that. But it works great. I've given it a good workout. It takes and holds a charge fine.

after finding this site in a camera forum i joined, i decided to order three batteries from them. 2 for my new panasonic dmc-fz18 and 1 for a sony cyber-shot dsc-w80. prices are great, i had no problems. shipping was extremly fast. i was not dissappointed with the merchandise, bty they are generic/equivalent and they work great in my equipment.

What a great store. First of all, their prices are superb. I ordered 2 batteries for my Nikon camera, $40 everywhere else, $14 from BestBatt.  
 
Second - they accidentally shipped me the right batteries, but with the wrong mAh (1000 vs 1150). Of course this is almost an insignificant difference, and hardly one to fret about, but I emailed them anyway to let them know about the discrepancy. They replied within a few minutes to apologize and told me to the keep the batteries I have, and that they'll send me new ones of the proper mAh. Wow!

AVOID THIS COMPANY!! I wonder who wrote the other reviews of this company. I doubt if a customer did! I Bought a new battery for JVC GR-DA30 camcorder. The battery shown on the web site is idenitical to the one which comes in the camera. The battery sent is NOT the same dimensions. If you were to use the one sent, you would be unable to put the battery compartment cover on camera. AND even worse, it would be necessary to use a jumper cord to attach the battery to camera. At that point you are unable to recharge the battery with the camera's recharger. An additional charger is necessary to recharge the battery, which does not come with the battery and of course we do not have one since the original battery is to be charged by the camera! The web site fails to mention this!! So they say to send it back. If I do, we will be out shipping both ways, and will still not even have a battery! We will have nothing to show for the shipping costs both ways and will not have a battery to use on our trip to Hawaii and no time left to order from anyone else.  
In addition, the battery we received may not even be a useable battery! The package was NOT a sealed package. It looks as if it might have been returned from another customer who had the same problems. We have no way of know if the battery sent is even a new one or an old one returned by another irate customer. So NOw we have a battery that is worthless to use and no  
spare battery to use for our vacation! Do not rely of the pictures on the web site. The picture of the item is Not what you get. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Nowhere do they clairify that they are going to send a generic, no branded name battery that will work only if you gerry rig your camera, and then buy a seperate charger in order to use your NEW camera.! Just out 100% of my money and still do not have a battery and no time in order to from anyone else either. AVOID, AVOID. The web site clearly indicated that this battery was a replacement for the camera model which we had. IT WAS NOT!!

I bought NP150 for camera and it simply doesn't work. But the most outrages part is they delete my product rating from their website. I hate to see store cheats on the product rating. It will cause more people trouble.

well I was looking for an extra battery and a wall charger for my canon hv10,and I found'em here ,I had problems only with the tracking number..but i got my stuff after all

I recently purchased 2 batteries for my Panasonic DMC FZ50 (CGR-S006A). They list from $15 to $70 with an average price around $30, but their price was $11.60. !!!CAUTION!!! This is not the best part.  
 
This companies best quality is their customer service even after the sale. When I ordered my battery, I chose the standard ground shipping. The package was sent out via USPS (not to be confused with UPS). It arrived at my local post office a few days after I ordered it. However, due to some S.N.A.F.U. at the post office it was never delivered to my house and I never recieved notice from USPS that it had arrived. After they held on to it for nearly a month, they then shipped it back. I contacted BestBatt customer support to try and get a status and then later to explain what had occurred. They re-filled the order and shipped via DHL. The batteries arrived a few days later and they work great.  
 
This company will one day compete with the larger on-line retailers as long as they maintain this level of customer service and appreciation.  
 
They have a customer for life.

These guys rock! I have just purchased a Panasonic FZ8 for a trip to Europe, not thinking that it took rechargeable batteries. I didnt want to spend the $70 for a backup from big box store... so ordered from BestBatt.com, rush delivery.. was here next day!!! and only $32 for two, including rush shipping. I had a great experience shopping here. I shop at some other online stores which are established and highly rated - mainly newegg and amazon. Dealing with this site was just as pleasant. Emails were prompt and clear, buying process and communication also very smooth. Shipping was FAST (paid extra for 1-3 day, was cheap) and packaged well. I really felt like I was shopping at a much more established/well known store. I had to choose this store as very few have the batteries and charger needed for a Panasonic FX01. With the few reviews I could find, I still decided to take a chance since I really needed the items.  
 
You can rest assured that you're dealing with a group that knows a thing or two about running a business. What newegg is to computer parts this place is to camera supplies.
