Everyone in this highly technical hobby needs a resource like Roman Ogourtsov. His technical expertise, industry awareness, and passion for customer satisfaction are readily evident and set him apart from the majority who are simply in the business to make profits. My experience with Roman clearly demonstrates this commitment because it sadly did NOT result in a sale (the TV I wanted was discontinued before I could order from him). In spite of this fact, Roman went above and beyond to promptly answer all of my questions, provide me with technical recommendations and ensure that I was completely satisfied. This kind of service is uncommon in most any industry today, particularly this one. I only hope to be able to repay him at some future point. Needless to say, I highly recommend this seller - not because of the goods I received, but because of what he freely gave. Thank you Roman!

Amazing shopping experience. First I had my questions answered from Roman at the AVS forum, then Alex guided me through my options, virtually held my hand and honestly told me the pluses and minuses of the various choices. I am now a very happy owner of a 4280 plamsa. And after that, Debbie was really helpful answering my set-up/break-in questions. Perhaps the best customer service I have ever experienced from an internet seller, even before, during, and after my purchase.

I called Invision Displays on Jan. 21 (M.L.K. day) to inquire about their price for a Pioneer PDP-5080 because I had missed the big BB sale on them the week before. Well, I'm glad I missed that sale because a. dealing with Alex at Invision couldn't have been more pleasant; b. they beat BB's sale price and c. I received my new plasma only 2 days after ordering it even though I ordered it on a holiday and I live on the other side of the country from them!!! Not only that, but when I called Alex, I was trying to decide between the Pioneer and a Samsung that was actually more expensive. A typical saleman would have just recommended the more expensive model to get the bigger commission, but Alex explained the difference between them and assured me that I'd be happier with the Pioneer Kuro. Well, I'm glad he took the time to explain it to me because I absolutely love my new tv and now that I've seen the Samsung in action at a local store, I can see that it's an inferior display.  
 
I'm really glad that I found Invision and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone that is looking for a new HDTV. Their prices are great and their service was even better! I will definitely make more purchases from them in the future as well as recommend them to all my friends and family.

This was the smoothest, most seamless buying experience I've ever had. I put in my order by phone and talked to Invision's president who answered all of my questions concerning the plasma I wanted. Invision then confirmed my order and ship date by email, confirmed it again by phone and told me to expect a call from the shipper. After the shipper called to arrange a delivery time, InVision called me again to confirm that the shipper had called and to give me instructions on what to do about inspecting the plasma when it was delivered. My new Pioneer PDP-4280HD arrived as scheduled, I installed it the next day, and it works perfectly. Invision is a fantastic seller and I would definitely buy from them again.

Buying a 60" Pioneer Kuro from Roman of Invision was the smartest decision I made. The set arrived DOA even though the shipping box was in good condition. I was told by Pioneer support that DOA is rare but can happen because the plasma panel is made from glass, and the bigger the panel, the more fragile. Even though Pioneer (not Invision) put me through many steps before authorizing a return - I had to send them photos of the TV, shipping box, etc to prove that the set was not damaged by the shipper or myself - Roman was able to have a replacement delivered within a week! Along the way, Roman was very responsive and reassuring.  
Best advice I would give anyone buying an expensive electronic equipment online... buy from an authorized dealer with good ratings, you never know when something would go wrong. Also be careful to keep the box in good condition when you unpack the equipment in case you have to return it.  
I am sure I would have had nightmares getting a replacement if this happened with most other online retailers. I would be kept waiting anxiously while the retailer, shipper and manufacturer battle it out as to who should be responsible, and pay for the return. But this time I came out a hero with my wife. Not only did I pay the lowest price, but also received the best service and guarantee with Invision.

What a great experience with Invision Displays. I was a bit hesitant ordering such a large purchase on-line but Alex was extremely reassuring and the whole experience was wonderful. My experience was so good my Dad is ordering a TV from Invision Displays on Monday.

After having a very bad experience with another online vendor, Invision was honest and professional during the whole process. I bought a Pioneer PDP-6010FD plasma TV. It was the best delivered price I could find. The TV was delivered in 3 days as promised and in perfect condition. I would recommend this company to anyone.
