My experience purchasing a 1080 Pioneer Plasma from Invision Displays was flawless. I received the best price on the web, from an authorized reseller, the order process and tracking were personal and courteous, as was their follow up. I give them a perfect score.

On Tuesday I called invision displays to order a PDP-6010, that I needed delivered by Friday. Invision made the entire transaction one of the best I have had with any retailer I have dealt with to date. Not only did they sell me the TV for an incredibly fair price, but they had the TV shipped the very same day. The TV arrived first thing Friday morning. The communication from Invision was absolutely terrific, and I really felt that Invision cared that I was happy, and that they were happy for me as well. It was a terrific experience.

I purchased a Pioneer PDP-6010FD from Invision, and was very pleased with the experience. I heard of Invision from the AVS forums, and after reading the reviews on resellerratings, I decided to give them a shot. I gave them a call and got a "real person" on the phone who had all the answers to my questions on hand. I originally purchased the TV with a mount, and then decided to adjust my order after the fact -- with no hassle.  
 
My situation was a little different; I live in Canada, and wanted the TV delivered to a mail address (UPS Store) across the border. The shipping company that Invision uses was very helpful; the fellow called me in advance of the shipment, so that I would know when it was arriving. Of course, I was a little nervous not being there to receive the shipment, but the shipping guy told me that they'd be OK if I showed up a few days later and noticed any shipping damage. Things were fine -- box was in perfect condition (but pretty darn huge -- rent a big SUV if you plan on doing this yourself!)  
 
Price was good, service was friendly, and you definitely get the feeling you're dealing with a family business as opposed to a fly-by-night scam.

I planned to buy PDP-6010. I was little paranoid about ordering it online because of its huge price. I heard about "Invision Displays" from AVS forum. I opted for Invision because of good reviews and great price. Initially I talked with Alex. He answered few of my questions and passed my call to Deb, who took care of my order. Deb was so cool and was a great pleasure to work with. The conversation with her made myself feel that I came to the right place to place the order. She was so perfect in getting all the necessary details. With all patience she was clearly explaning the complete process of how things are shipped and what to do when the TV is delivered.  
 
After the call, with in few minutes I received the Invoice and the information of shipping & Tracking of my TV. From the tracking information, I came to know that my TV was to be delivered after 5 days and I was happy. Few hours later, Deb sent a mail that she would make her efforts to deliver it in 3 days. That night (the day I placed the order), I found that my TV was going to get delivered 2 days before. Seeing it I was super excited and thanked Deb.  
 
After 3 days, the delivery guy called me up and gave a heads-up that he should be in my house in half-an-hour or so. I was at home and he arrived after half-an-hour as he promised. He was a cool guy as well. With my help, he brought the huge TV into my house. He opened the box for my inspection and told me to sign the paper, if iam satisfied. I went around the package and made sure everything was fine. I even found a sticker stating that my TV was manufactered on Jan 2008, which is three months before :). I was very well satisfied and signed the paper.  
 
Within in few hours, with the help of my friends, I assembled the stand and speakers and I turned on the TV. Believe me, it was mind blowing. All of my friends were stunned seeing the picture quality. It was a party time after that....

Ok... it's finally time to buy that plasma you've been dreaming about. I know what you're thinking: do I shell out the extra $$$ to go to Best Buy or Circuit City and have the "peace of mind" to carry back my tv to the store if something goes wrong with it? Or, maybe you're a little more savvy still and thinking why don't I just order this tv from amazon? They have a great return policy, right? Well, if you're thinking of buying your tv from Best Buy or Circuit City, you should have your head examined... but I can tell you that if you're considering buying from amazon because of the big name and/or warranty considerations, consider this: Invision will beat the amazon price AND when you buy from them you get to talk to a real person. A real person right here in the good ole' USA (Washington state, not india) to boot. AND you are not an invoice number to them -- you get personalized service and attention. The same person that took your order will take care of you and keep you informed at every step of the purchase and delivery process. In my case, that person was Deb Wheelon, who is an expert in customer service and an informed professional who actually knows a thing or two about what she's selling. What a concept!! I ordered a Pioneer 6010FD from them and had it delivered to my door in flawless condition within a week. Deb checked in with me via email and phone nearly every day to let me know the status of my order and when i could expect delivery. These guys are the best and I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking to buy electronics.

I heard of Invision on the AVS forums. Lots of members there recommended them highly, and with all the horror stories of online electronics purchases circulating, I wanted to find a reliable dealer who would also offer a great price. My brother purchased a 6010FD Pioneer plasma display from Invision, at my recommendation, got a smoking good deal, and was very impressed by their customer service.  
 
So when it was my time to finally purchase a set (I went with the 5010FD), I got a similar bargain, and Deb at Invision made the whole process very easy. She was great responding to my questions and emails as well. The set arrived three days before it was scheduled to. The box was ripped on one side, and I had my doubts, but the truck driver said he'd been told ahead of time that I'd want to take my time inspecting the set before I signed off on it. Turns out it was immaculate, and I'm very satisfied with the purchase.  
 
Invision gets my highest recommendation - if you're nervous about making a high-dollar electronics purchase on the web, you can rest assured they will take care of you.

I had been researching plasma televisions in AVS forums for over a year. I finally decided it was time to make my purchase. I contacted two forum sponsors via private message and asked about price and availability. Alex from Invision answered my messages quickly and honestly about price, availability as well as model differences.  
 
From that point, I called to place my order. When I called, I spoke briefly with Alex who then passed me to Deb. Deb is an absolute pleasure to work with. She took my order over the phone, repeated everything back to me and explained everything that I should expect from this process. She also let me know that if the box had any damage before opening the TV to refuse shipment and they would send a new one out to me with no trouble. If the TV had any issues once it was unboxed, if the driver was still there to refuse shipment and request a new unit be sent.  
 
Within minutes my invoice was emailed to me. I did notice one small error on the invoice. I emailed Deb, made her aware of the typo and within minutes had a corrected invoice. I was told that by midday the following day to expect a tracking number. The next afternoon came, no tracking number. Not a big deal, I thought and called Deb who not only got me a tracking number but told me she had called the shipper for me to get tracking status as well as the number. Two days later I got a call from the shipper looking to schedule a delivery time.  
 
Fed Ex delivered my TV in the time window they quoted. The driver brought the TV inside, helped me unbox it and allowed me to examine it thoroughly before signing for it. The TV showed up in perfect condition and I plan to set it up and start enjoying it this weekend. I know that ordering large ticket items over the internet is sometimes risky but working with Alex and Deb over at Inivison on this TV was a joy and very easy with no worries or hassles. If you want a great deal and are willing to buy online, visit Invision. You won't be disappointed.

I placed my order for a Pionner 5080HD kuro, from invision on the 19th. was my first order with them, but i knew alex was a member of avsforum with a great reputation and standing.  
 
The Tv came to me on the 25th and i was so happy, but there was a problem with the local delivery people..seem that they mess the box up and somehow cracked the screen in two places!! of course i refused the frieght. I called up Deb Wheelon (the customer department of invision) right away, and told her the horror story.  
 
She was Very very reassuring, and promised me she would look into it right away, and calmed me down. ( i had big plans that weekend coming, for watching the game with friends) so at this point i was thinking that it will take atleast couple weeks of a month to get a replacement unit back out to me,(since i purchased their last kuro 5080hd unit). To my surprised, she wrote me the next day and informed me that she has found another unit of the kuro for me, and PAID OUT OF POCKET FOR A TWO DAY AIR shipment, as to be sure i have a tv by the weekend!!. and sure enough it arrived to me perfectly on friday, and the tv is a dream.  
 
I couldn't thank her enough for her service, and constant communication with me to reassure me.  
 
now if only some of the bigger chains would take a page out of invision's book, we'd all be happier customers.  
 
I am refering all my f riends to them, and also will look to purchase other equiptment from them soon.

Roman is definitely the Pioneer dealer of choice. He is helpful and knowledgeable and has the best prices out there. Shipping, ordering, customer service were all the best that I've gotten anywhere. No pressure to upsell the warranty.

I have just purchased a pioneer 6010fd plasma from invision. What a preasant and 'secure' experience. The greatest concern buying a big item like that over the internet is 'being left in the air if anything goes wrong with the purchase' over buying through local dealers which provides more 'secure' feeling but of course a lot more expensive. Invision's staff are so reliably friendly and available all the time, making you feel 'secured'. nothing but my highest recommendations to invision and I have no second thought to do business with them again if I need any electronics in the future.. by the way, they are all very well informed about the stuff they are selling. So please give them the first priority before you called all the rest of the nextag or others listed resalers....

I ordered my new Pioneer PDP-5080HD on Monday and it arrived on Friday as promised. Deb, who took my order, recommended this set over any other and I can see why. This Plasma is absolutely stunning! I can't take my eyes off of it. I really was torn with the decision as to go with this model or it's bigger brother, the 1080p version. I am glad with my decision as my extensive research showed I would not benefit from the 1080P version much from my viewing distance. Although pricey, this 768P version is the best value out there period! I will admit I was a little reluctant to purchase such a large item over the internet. Don't be! I saved quite a bit of money and had the best customer service throughout the entire process; from the most helpful advice while contemplating my purchase, the transaction itself, and even the follow up after my order arrived..... I tell you Deb at Invision is first class. I would not hesitate in the least to use them for my next purchase. I found out about this company through my research at AVSforums and read a ton of good comments about invision Technologies. I am glad I checked them out... you should be too! You won't regret it. They stand behind you every step of the way. Way to go Invision. You have a customer for life!

Buying a big ticket item off the internet is somewhat of a scary task. Like most people, I looked at many resellers of Pioneer Plasmas TV's and found most of them are not what they claim to be.Like special low price if you buy all "EXTRAS" they want to sell you. If you don"t want the extras, then they don't have any in stock!  
When I called Invision I spoke to Roman and right away I had a good feeling about this site. I wasn't rushed in to buying the Pioneer PDP 6010-FD and said I would call back. I called back two days later and spoke to Deb, the order taking person. What a treat to get a pleasant, "clear" sounding person on the phone. Deb took my order and payment info and told me a E Mail with the shipping info and receipt for payment would be on its way in 30 minutes. As promised I received a E Mail with all the info and tracking numbers, with phone numbers to call. What a girl!  
3 days later the trucking company called be to set up a time for deleivery The unit came 3PM that afternoon safe and sound. The truck had a lift gate to lower it onto my dolly.  
I would recommend Invision to anybody who wants great service and a fair price. I say thank you to Roman and Deb for great custommer service, and hope to be dealing with them again.

I ordered a Pioneer PDP-5080 from Invision. They were courteous and helpful on the phone. When the TV arrived a forklift had pierced the box and smashed the screen. I called Roman and he said to refuse the shipment and he would try to find me another one (Pioneer was coming out with new models and the 5080 was out of production). Regardless, he said "we'll take care of you." He had located one the next day and it was on its way. The day it was scheduled to be delivered Deb from Invision called me just to make sure things were ok. This is the kind of customer service that will keep me coming back to Invision for future purchases. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Deb and Roman from Invision has been one of the most carefree experiences I have had. Their customer service and feedback were just what I needed considering I was making a major purchase. I ordered a 50" Pioneer Plasma (at a price point lower than any other authorised Dealer)The unit arrived as scheduled, in great condition.
